10 minutes bus ride from the airport, but a rusticity and charm that makes one feel in a country retreat. Great staff, friendly atmosphere (customer-centricity that is unique in CZ) relaxing terrace and above-average (for CZ) restaurant. Excellent value-for-money. the huge room keys: too medieval! |

Very friendly and hospitable personnel. Please make necessary corrections on your web-site in the travel direction (public transportation) to the hotel. Wrong description on booking.com made us absolutely crazy at 11:55 PM in the saburb of Prague.((( |

Really nice room with 2 large beds in it. Great value too! This is very close to Prague airport, so if you land late at night (like we did) and just need a base before moving on then this is a great choice. |

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke English which was important to me. The Resteruant was excellent and very well priced. You must try the garlic soup. The main reason I chose this hotel was because it was so close the the airport. It is only a 10 minute bus ride or drive. Right in front of the hotel is the bustop which will take you just about anywhere you want to go. The only small problem I had was that the wireless internet was not as good as I hoped. At least not in the room I stayed. The reception was very low. It was not a big issue because any of the lounges have a great wireless connection. |

Staff had a good command of English and was very helpful. Location is in the outskirts, therefore very quiet. Bedroom and sitting room are spacious, bed is comfortable. Room and hotel interior design is tasteful. Credit card payment was not available due to "technical reasons", but this sign had been up for the last 2 weeks. The bathroom was miniature, hair was in the shower tray. The door and lock were of inferior quality, no noise insulation, 2 cm gap between the door and the carpet and the lock didn't seem safe at all. The entire room was covered in linoleum, something completely out of place above 3* (this is a 4*). The Internet connection was extremely slow and kept breaking up, it was virtually impossible to use. |

overall ok, near airport and town too if yoru renatl car drviing - the inetrnet cuoldnt work int eh second floor of the room, it was far form the modem prob, but fornt desk ofered us use of biz center if need be |

Breakfast was nice and offered early. Hotel was extremely convenient for the airport. Everything was clean and nice, but the hotel could use some small renovations to look excellent. In all, a great place to sleep for a night or two while traveling to and from Prague via the airport. |

First receptionist spoke great English and was very helpful. Second one was very nice but had a hard time figuring out I needed more bedding because of the language barrier. I speak 3 languages but no Czech! We mangaged to come to an understanding though Wireless internet connection was not that good. |

Staff cheerful and helpful, overcoming any language difficulties (mine) with a smile and sound advice. Helped with local transport and planning siteseeing. I stayed here twice a week apart, so I went back. |
