- Very friendly and service oriented staff (no problem to extend our checkout until 13:30 on Sunday!) - price/quality was ok (40 euro per night)

- Located between the airport and the city centre, so you will need a taxi to get to the centre, which will cost you about 15 to 20 euro. - They are renovating the building this summer, make sure your room is located at the side were no work in going on (ask at reception). - 3 star rather than 4 star hotel.

Staff was really friendly and their met all of my expectations.

Only downpoint was a repairman entering my room in the morning due to fact that he thought that our room is not vacated.

The Hotel can best be described as "A work in progress". The flooring is PVC not only in the corridors but also in the rooms, and it is covered with stains from the building work. The Bed is not a double French but twin beds. The Intl. Sat. TV a joke, small tube TV with a snowy picture with 5 channels. When we got in to the room 1 curtain was lying on the window ledge. The Bathroom:- shower not fitted, shower curtain used to cover a plain glass window not the shower. Hot water - 4 minutes to get anything like warm water. Radiator not working. Apart from the room the dining room was half finished, light fittings hanging out of the ceiling, and the ceiling needs painting. Not recommended at the moment. Maybe later this year or next. Private Car Park - Builders yard! No usable.

it was under reconstruction maybe so I wouldn't give this hotel 4 *. It was so cold in bathrooms. There was not a russian channel on TV either. And I would advise to cover the floor by a carpet. The carpet gives you a feeling of more comfort and cosiness

Location. Close to the Prague airport.

Hotel was in the phase of renovating. No # on the doors. People were trying to get into our room because of that. Very disturbing at 2-3 A.M.!!! No parking at the hotel.

The hotel is very dated small. The paint is coming of the walls. The sheets and towels are like sand paper. The decor is ugly. It felt dirty. Do not stay here.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. The location was quiet, residential, and pleasant. The breakfast was wholesome, balanced, and diverse. The price was good.

The place is a little rundown and in need of some upkeep. The bathrooms need retiling as the current situation looks pretty ugly. Hot water lost to some rooms during my stay and the hotel didn't seem to be prepared for it, although the girl in charge of the front desk was running from pillar to post trying to get some help. The place is a little isolated from Prague in spite of the city's excellent transport system. Even though it is supposed to be close to the airport (Ruzinska Skola is where the hotel is), I had to take a taxi to the airport as I would have to go to Dejvitska by bus/tram and then catch bus 100 to Ruzine airport, taking some time.

The restaurant was closed without the notice in advance.

The staff was very good, I was offered a free breakfast when I leaved very early in the morning and also a cup of coffee. Very good location and price, there is a bus stop near the hotel very easy to reach from the airport

Everything was veeeery good

Everything ok, nothing special. The young girl at the desk was very helpful in finding us something to eat (see below).

Very poor service as far as restaurant - the restaurant had already closed at 20.45!

Breakfast was poor. Food/milk wasn't topped up and some items looked like they had been sat there all year!!!!Wasn't very comfortable eating it!!

The stall were very friendly and helpful and try to provide everything I needed, although what I was looking for was difficult to get. They speak competent English. Services are good and was not far from the centre of Praha.
