I did not like at all this hotel. Although it has 4 stars, I would give them maximum 2 stars. The rooms were not clean. The second day, there was no towel in the room, when I called the reception to ask for towel; they told me" we can not send you at the moment, if you want come and take the towel yourself" This is "4 stars" hotel. They dont deserve the price they ask.

The hotel is conviniently situated in the very heart of the city, close to the major sightseeings of the Old City. There are several big shopping malls around the hotel, so it is very suitable for shopping. The rooms are allmost soundproof despite the fact that the hotel is located in the shopping centre and on the crowded square. Good value for money. The hotel charges for the deposite box and there no free wi-fi in the rooms except for the hotel lobby.

It's location and reasonable price. Bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. The entrance is in a sleazy alley. Reception has old-fashioned decor. Could be lighter.

1. Perfect location. 2. Windows of the room overlooked a wall. Whilst in other circumstances this could be a minus, the room was very quiet. 3. Avilability of minibar in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. 4. Fast wi-fi internet in the room. 5. Generally friendly staff. 1. I made a booking on this website. On arrival I established that my name was not on hotel's computer system. Nevertheless, the hotel was able to immediately find a room for me, though a bit smaller than I booked. 2. There is no free internet in the rooms. They charge10 Euro per day for the internet use in rooms. 3. On the second day of my stay they removed a normal blanket from my bed and replaced it with a tiny one. I have no idea why they did this. 4. For a four star hotel breakfast could be better. 5. They do not have their owb bar. This is a small minus, as there are many places to eat and to drink in the neighboring area. 6. I cannot complain on anything substantive. My general impression is that the hotel is a bit worse than a standard four star hotel. However, it could be also the case that all four star hotels in Prague centre are of the same level.

This is a perfect hotel to stay in Prague. The location is only about 5-7 minutes walk from the central train station and on the doorstep of shops, restaurants and historic buildings and other transport options such as tour buses. The staff at reception speak perfect English and were very helpful. The rooms are very clean, tidy and modern. We would recommend this hotel without question. Wifi was "available" , however there was a charge for this in your room. Rees wifi however was available in the lobby/reception area.

This is an excellent hotel right at the centre of everything. It is quiet and comfortable, the staff are lovely and bookings can be made for tours and an affordable private transfer to the airport. This is particularly welcome at thie end of a trip. The hotel is in an arcade off Weceslas Sq so it is both handy and quiet.

Cleanliness and location was excellent. Good choice of foods for breakfast. The hotel was located inside a shopping centre which was very quiet at night and not very nice for two women on their own to return to late at night.

Located centrally is ideal for city sightseeing. Specious rooms. Acceptable breakfast. Hotel is located in rather not prestigious shopping center. Although rooms are quite big, they are rather un-cozy. Strong 3 stars' hotel.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Bathroom (had shower) was nicely presented. Breakfast (continental) was plentiful and fresh. All round, very nice stay! Very good situation on the square. It would have been good to have satellite tv and more milk for coffee/tea in the room.

The location was walking distance from the train station and good restaurants. The breakfast was very good for a european b & B. The room was quiet especially for a hotel in a downtown location The room looked out to an empty lot with building being demolished. Free Wifi was only in the lobby. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower had no curtain so to have a shower you needed to sit if you didn't want to water over the floor.

I travel through Prague fairly often on business from the United States, and I've stayed at many places. Elysee Hotel is by far the best in all regards, especially hospitality - something not too common in Prague. The location is excellent, being smack dab in the centre of Wencelas square and the prices are generally lower than competing hotels in the same area. On this occasion I suffered a terrible ankle injury, making myself immobile and the staff here went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as I waited for surgery.

Good location: city center, but quietly. Good breakfast. Good price. The room was stuffy. There were no chairs and armchairs. Bathroom was spacios, but uncomfortable. There was no hair conditioner. Technical stuff (for example, in dining room) was not so friendly.
