Very comfortable room with a good view. The staff were friendly and helpful.Always a good selection of food for breakfast. |

Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too. Often checking from our server and others works in the hotel. Breakfast was very good also. A disadvantage is the hotel don't have its own spa. Part of their great service is in the hands of others. The spa's service is good but not great. |

We splurged for the deluxe double room. We had a beautiful room with antique furnishings and a wonderful view of the river. The bathroom have a bathtub which was wonderful after a day of walking around town. The restaurant also served very good food. Service at the restaurant was horrible. Despite our table reservation through the hotel, we still had to wait 40 mins for a table. After the meal, I asked the waiter a question regarding an item on my bill, he very rudely said he doesn't know and turned and walked away. Very bad and arrogant service from such a reputable establishment. |
