The staff were extremely attentive and willing to help with anything. The hotel restaurant is fantastic and the quality of the food definately fitting with a 5 star hotel, this includes the room service. The showers are extremely small and make it very difficult and uncomfortable for anyone tall or of larger build. |

We thought the location in New Town near Wenceles Square (with a metro stop) was very convenient. The hotel rooms were roomy with comfortable bedding. We had free parking in front of the hotel. Bedding for our 7 year old child was already prepared in our room when we arrived at no additional charge. The hotel room was quiet. The included buffet breakfast was excellent. |

Excellent Hotel! A beautiful hotel right in the city center and very well maintained. Located about 2 blocks from Wenceslas Square on the Museum end. We were able to park right in front of the hotel and that was great! There was a mini mart just behind the hotel and many restaurants and delis close by. Also a small city park right in front of the hotel. Our room had a view of the Museum and Opera House. The price was really great too. I would highly recommend this hotel. We walked everywhere and never used our car for the 3 days we were in Prague. The metro stop was about 2 blocks from the hotel entrance right in front of the Museum and was very easy to access for longer distances. Wonderful buffet breakfast too. |

The Tuesday special menu was excellent - one of the best meals my husband and I had in a restaurant I know it is sometimes difficult, but please make sure there are no other persons body hair in the bathroom. |

the beds were comfortable yet small. good AC position, in front of the bed. price was good. 1. small room and bathroom. 2. breakfast was not worth waking up for , everything was small. 3. there is only one elevator that is small and slow. |

Really convenient in placment as it is near the cental railroad station. Very kind staff with smile - the receptionist , Doorman, Waitress. Liked it I can share the junior suit room with my family - 4 members. |

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel! the number was comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty. Also we liked the balcony! the view was wonderful!!! the onle thing - the absence of wi-fi in the room. It was only in the cafe downstairs, which was closed in 11 p.m. |

Hotel was in a quiet place close to city center, the hotel staff were very helpful, wi-fi in our room was free of charge breakfast was poor, we've been staying there for two nights but they didn't change bedclothes |

the hotel is in a nice location and the breakfast was good. the ittle bar is very cosy for a late night drink. the bedroom was quite small and they do not have any double beds only twin beds with small quilts ! |
