the Receptionist that served us during our stay 28 April-4th May was very knowledgeable especially with respect to restaurant recommendations. Overall we found the staff to be friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of food & beverages and the staff was very efficient.

Carpets in the rooms were stained and the bed mattresses did not give enough support for our backs. Although our room was designated non-smoking, the smell of smoke in the hallway was disturbing.

the room is big and clean,the breakfast is nice,the postion is good,5 minutes to the train station.

Location very good near the center

The staff is friendly and very willing to offer help. The room is cozy and they switch me to the 6th floor with a better view from the window. The room is clean, the wify is working well, the location to the closest metro is only 200 or 300 meters away and so is the train station. an overall highrated hotel with the price offer that includes breakfast.

1. The entrance needs to climb up a few stairs before reaching the door and the entrance door is small. 2. The lights are completely off when I reached my floor that I have to turn them on one by one to lead to my room. Although saving powers is eco friendly, it doesn't make customer feel comfortable when the entire lights are off. 3. The view in the lower floors are not that good.

Quality

Great place to stay in Prague. We thought it felt like a boutique hotel. Beautiful furnishings and easy access to everything. Hope to come back. Thank you.

Decent place to stay and location

Very high prices of coffee and refreshments

The staff were charming, the hotel is beautiful and elegant, the breakfast is a lavish cooked affair, the whole place is really clean and comfortable.

It's a shame that the area around the hotel isn't great - it's between the central station and the centre of town making it really convenient for arrival/departure but as I say, it's not a great area.

The breakfast is very nice and the cafe is lovely.

The reception seems to have more time for single male guests than for single female guests.

Was a charming old hotel with a hint of the 20's! Was modernised to an acceptable standard, well located and clean. Close to opera House, wak from train station and not far from main shopping street. All sites except the castle were in walking distance of up to 20mins

Nice rooms, old-style hotel , with all the modern facilities. Exceptionally friendly staff,always willing to assist. Petr , the fix -it fellow, was particularly helpful, great guy.

Little off the beaten track- away from the hustle-bustle of prague. ol

Courteous, polite and extremely helpful staff. The location is ideal.. 5 minutes from wenscesla square and 5 minutes from main train station and still in a very quiet area.

It was centrally located with parking right in front of the hotel for ony 10€ per day. Just needed a reservation beforehand. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Very comfortable. Next to the train station and very easy to walk everywhere. Good breakfast.

The park in front was full of junkies and needles. Sadly for queen beds they put 2 twins so you have a gap in the middle. No Iron or Ironing board in room. Have to pay to use the safe. Small shower but adequate(standing room for 1 only) For a 5 star hotel a toothbrush and tooth paste should be also provided. Also I have been in worse hotels where shoe polish in included.

Staff, location and comfort.

Beautiful Hotel, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast.

It is located by the train station, away from the historical city. The area is run down, with lots of junkies in nearby streets. I was uncomfortable walking back to the hotel after dark. We booked a quadruple room to stay with our kids. The 3rd and 4th "beds" were not that but they just put a sheet over the very hard cushions of two sofas. It was like sleeping on a table, so hard it was. Breakfast was ok.

The locaiton was excellent, it offered an easy walk through into the city adn close to public transport.

I was dissappointed that the hotel allowed smoking indoors.
