Opłata za sejf w 5-cio gwiazdkowym hotelu - przesada. Brak na początku szlafroków I wydanie na żądanie - przesada, butelka wody na powitanie odpłatna - przesada. Brak szafki w przedpokoju - niedopuszczalne pod warunkiem, że hotel ma 5 gwiazd.

Wszystko było wspaniałe I bez zastrzeżeń

...Może za mała winda I za ciepła...ale to drobiazg.....

Najwiekszym atutem jest odlegość od dworca kolejowego, znaczy jego bliskość; tego hotelu właśnie, oraz usytuowanie Hotelu w samej Pradze, dzięki temu nie korzystalismy ze środków komunikacji miejskiej ale swoich środków komunikacji nożnej

Jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel , skrzypiace podłogi w pokoju oraz trzaskające drzwi w szafie - nie do przyjęcia, a rozłożona folia i kartony na jednym z korytarzy (przez całe trzy dni pobytu) to juz zupełna przesada

There isn't anything that I liked about this hotel.

First they were trying to charge me more than my original booking.com price. They said it was because of currency conversion even though the reservation was confirmed in euro and we were paying in euro. Only after I e mailed booking.com, they decided to "just" charge me for the reservation amount. The staff members were rude. When we tried to use the safety box in the room, we were told that there would be a charge for that use. The reservation confirmation noted that we get 20% off eating at their restaurant. When we did, we were told it was only on the drinks and that the menu price was already 20% off. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The location of the hotel just off Wenceslas square was ideal for shopping and sight seeing. The staff were polite and helpfull. We had a room on the front, the only one with a balcony, and was expecting some noise but it was very quiet. The breakfast was good and plenty of it.

The only problem with the room was that there wasn't any english speaking channels on the tv. I

Breakfast was great and room was clean and comfortable. The downside was that there was no internet access in the rooms and this is very bad for a business traveller.

very excellent hotel, clean very conforable, closeby the shopping center with 24hr life.... can't forget its staf and thier hospitality..

The hotel is hosted in a classic building refurbished for this purpose, therefore it has many limitations, the location is quite good, since it is situated between the Museum and the train station, I mean to say, in the city center but away at the same time from its buzzing. The breakfast is great, very well served in a beautiful room adorned with a great chandellier, the china and the cuttlery are very elegant. The cahirs and the table clothes fit the whole enviorment.

It lacks several details while boasting being a 5 star hotel, there is no kettle in the room, The tv set is old, the shower is very narrow and uncomfortable. The elevator is situtated at some sort of mezzanine, although a very efficient concierge takes care of the luggage.

This hotel was a great find and a great price. It was within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in Prague, tons of restaurants and stores as well as within a block to the stop of the subway and bus lines. Hotel staff were great in telling us the easiest way to get to places. The room was large clean and modern and a great place for a family with kids. The hotel included a great breakfast each morning. Unlike other reviews here the hotel did offer a twenty percent off on any other hotel services (it was advertised everywhere at the hotel) and honored it. We were also very grateful to the hotel for setting up other services such as a private transfer to and from the hotel with a price that we could not find anywhere else! Thanks

Although the hotel did have an inroom safe you had to pay a daily fee to use it. We have never stayed at a hotel of this level where this was the case.

the hotel is beautiful and in an ideal location for the whole of the city. After our stay we were able to pick up a hire car at the station just a two minute walk away to continue our holiday on to Krakow We would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay

The hotel was very nice and the staff was quite good. The rooms were of a good size and immaculate.

The breakfast buffet was large and provided a wide variety of foods. None of them very good. Even at the Esplanade you can hear everything in the other rooms. For the price you pay for a room they should be able to afford a little soundproofing.
