Really convenient in placment as it is near the cental railroad station. Very kind staff with smile - the receptionist , Doorman, Waitress. Liked it I can share the junior suit room with my family - 4 members. |

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel! the number was comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty. Also we liked the balcony! the view was wonderful!!! the onle thing - the absence of wi-fi in the room. It was only in the cafe downstairs, which was closed in 11 p.m. |

the hotel is in a nice location and the breakfast was good. the ittle bar is very cosy for a late night drink. the bedroom was quite small and they do not have any double beds only twin beds with small quilts ! |

nice rooms with friendly staff, good location morning coffee was terrible, no bathtub only shower ( which we were not told when we booked the room) questionable value for money, I would only recommend if it would be better value for money |

Excellent location of the hotel, in a quiet area but only 5-10 minutes from city center, parking in front of the hotel; the cleaning of the room was perfect, rich and varied breakfast I disliked the fact that for payment in Euro, the hotel requested an additional fee of 9% of total amount from the booking price. We finally paid in CZK, but at the hotel fixed exchange rate. |

Very comfortable hotel in a great location (walking distance to all main city attractions). Easy access by car. We liked especially the possibility to park our car in a front of the hotel for free what is usually very expensive in the center of Prague (the hotel has some parking spaces on the street; reservation might be necessary). They serve tasty English breakfasts. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. And very clean. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. |

Proximity with the "State Opera" Unfortunately I did not get the room I reserved, I think the hotel had a flooding problem that day...And the elevator was not working either...Difficult when you are nearly 70 to climb up three levels of stairs ! But lodging, food and staff were fine. |

The staff was very friendly. The hotel exchanged currency at a fair rate. Everything about the hotel was fantastic! I had a wonderful stay. They even emailed me before my stay and asked if they could help w/anything when I come to town and offered their services. I would stay there again! |
