Near the metro station. Nice room.

Maid came in different hours almost always when we were in room. Once she came at 7 A.M.

Very close to shopping center with supermarket; close to public transportation with easy access to town center; elevator; good breakfast; plenty of hot water for showers; quiet neighborhood with good restaurants.

Needs sound-proofing inside building....... I expect street noise with windows open in a city, but NOT hearing noise in hall or next room.

Cheap accomodation in private room

Wifi - very poor signal at the 2,3rd floor. 4Th floor is ok. Room - very basic and very old furniture, on TV just 3 channels (Prima CZ, RB - German and CNN English) with basic remote control, so you can even nit setup more channels. The best part of the room was bathroom Breakfast - it's ok, but very dirty cleaned up. You will see a breakfast room corner, where all all rests of nit eaten food from other guests - disgusting.

Receptionist doing the night shift was intoxicated on alcohol. Was locked out of hotel for 45 mins at 3 am.

For the price I paid its remarkable how many things were included, especially the also good for the money breakfast. Great location if you go to a concert at the O2 arena. Mall right next to it too.

Check out at 11am was not great. The room was not the cleanest but clean enough. The bed really wasn't nice, nor were the sheets with holes and pieces of feather coming out of the pillow, which in turn didn't offer my head any support. The Leppard skin style fleece cover seemed to be there for ages too!

Very clean, all the conveniences present (hot water all the time, wifi of good quality free in the room, heating). Located close to metro and a big shopping mall.Very good breakfast for this money.

A fridge in the room would be useful. They also would provide at least some light at the stairs besides the one working by a sensor of movement: when you come out of the room, you come in the full darkness, because there are no windows in the corridor, so the sensor often can not catch your movement and you have to lighten your way with a mobile phone or something else. The beds are very worn out, it's a bit difficult to find a good flat place on it.. The pictures in the room are definitely made by somebody crazy, if the Hotel changes them to any simplest flowers, for example, some tourists will feel more comfortable (it is not a problem, of course).

The location is nice for the price, you can easily get to any part of the city within minutes by underground or tram. The bathroom was super clean as well as the room itself. There's also a small restaurant at the ground floor and the breakfast is incl.

Rooms are dirty! Balcony door was closed tv is useless (very old and small tv with 2 czech channels)

Good location if you travel by car. Metro is also located close to hotel. Good value for money. Staff is helpfull.

TV has 3-5 Czech programms. Hot water is provided only in the evening. Morning shower in cold water is challanging

I got a room that was not cleaned. Decor old and everywhere dust, dirt and plug in the bathroom.This hotel has three stars ... This is a scandal!!!!!!!!!!!! A million times better is the Etap hotel and probably got only one star.

Good price, good breakfast and nice staff

Relation of price to quality is adequate, the location is very good - 5 min walk from metro station, it takes around 10-12 mins to get to the Old Town and around 15-20 to the Prague Castle area and Mala Strana, connections with other sightseeing attractions and districts are also very well. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, there are 2 shops open 24/7 just round the corner. There is a night tram station in the neighbourhood! No need to take the taxi from the city center - just take tram no 52 and it takes 10 min to get to the hotel from the station. Breakfasts are ok, adequate to the quality and price, always cereal, something warm and cold buffet, some salad and dessert to choose. Also restaurant serves good food for reasonable price Extremely nice and helpful service.

Unfortunately the room service was very poor - we didn't have our towels and sheets changed for the whole stay (5 nights) neither our room was cleaned up. There should be complete room service at least every second day.

Localization was good, just 5 min to the nearest metro station and about 10 min to the karlove namesti. Room was nice and spacious.

Ventilation in bathroom was weak, what was the reason of breathlessness

If you are going to this hotel , thinking that the swiming pool looks great and you could fun, forget it! It costs 120Krona/1hour which is more than 4 Euro pro hour. Besides it's small, always full of it. We have paid some bunch of money to have fun for 2hours, but the water was cold, and all the time we was hearing " this part is forbidden" , "that part is now reserved for lessons", bla bla bla... With one word, the swimming pool is awfull! Don't book this hotel, if you gonna swim and you think it will be fun. Also Internet is not for free and costs 4 Euro per day. Or 8Euro pro 3 Days If you are more than 2 persons who need to use paralelly internet, you should take 2 internet pin codes.

Swimming Pool is bad. Internet is not-free and could be at least be accessable for all room guests.

The hotel is near metro station Ceskomoravska (line b) and tram stop Ocelarska, so localization is very good. It also is quite cheap hotel with good price/quality relation. In price is included breakfast. I don't agree with many opinions that it is poor food. In fact all day we have good breakfast. They serve 3 kinds of bread, hard boiled eggs, 3 kind of ham, coffee, tea, chocolate, juice, milk, honey, cornflakes, salads, cucumbers, cheese and always some cake and some other food. For me it was good - the lady bring new food all the time. It didn't finish any time. In room I also have an Internet wifi (about 4 Mbps). The hotel is clean and open 24 H.

I think the furniture are old-look and not comfortable. In room there is no refrigerator. The parking is quite expensive if you choose hotel parking (100 CZK/day) or underground parking (220 CZK/day). But there is a simple way to solve the problem. Near the hotel is very big shopping mall (Harfa Center). There is very big underground free parking where I kept my car all the time I was in Prague. The parking may be closed for night so if you plan to go to Prague by night (after 10 pm) it might be not possible to park. Even though I recommend to leave car right there.

Hintaansa nähden hyvä. Sijainti melko rauhallisella paikalla, iso ostoskeskus ja metroasema parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Aamupala ei ollut ihmeellinen eikä sisustuksessakaan ole paljon hurraamista.

經濟實惠，早餐雖然不算奢華但十分豐盛，住頂樓可以開天窗看星星
