We stayed here last year too; and it was an excellent place for its location and great staff.

Our room and the main part of the restaurant was non-smoking. However, during the evening part of ther restaurant is partially sectioned-off for smokers. We are extrememly affected allergy-wise to any smoke and found that the restaurant was affected by even the small section that was set-off for smoking.

Opravdu luxus a pohodlí.

Trochu mne vyděsil ceník zařízení, který je umístěn na pokoji a při představě, že budu muset zaplatit mnoho tisíc za poškozené zařízení pokoje jsem přemýšlel, jak to budu dokazovat, že jsem to nezničil já. Určiě to hosty musí vyděsit. V podstatě všcihni hosté tohoto hotelu mají pojistění proti způsobené škode. Nechápu, proč hotel takto své hosty děsí !!!

Great Service. Breakfast, a lot of fresh fruits and other healthy stuff. Wide range of cheese, ham, sweets as well. Room and bath are big. Free Internet access. Free parking. Arrived late at night, but still on I've got a really tasty and fresh warm meal to my room.

The rooms to the back side are close to the main road and the rooms on the left side are close to a main train line. So, who ever has problems with noises, should ask for a room at the right side (looking at the front of the hotel). Rest everything perfect.

Angenehmes konfortables Hôtel. Man fühlt sich woll und das Personal ist sehr zukommend.

Bei der Anfahrt gab es, in dierekter Nähe vom Hotel keine Schilder für die Einfahrt zum Hotel zu finden.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A receptionist even filled our registration forms on our behalf. I could see that the staff has realized the idea of customer service. Our room was good. Especially I like that a mattress was hard since usually it is too soft in hotel rooms.

The price level: The room price was a little bit too much, and the price level of the restaurant was clearly too high althought it is typical that hotel restaurants are overpricing their products. Since the mattress of a bed was so good it pointed out a fact that a pillow was lousy since a pillow was soft so it did not support my head at all. Actually, I am quite surprised about high hotel prices in Czech Republic where everything else (excluding petrol) is rather cheap.
