The hotel staff were very good. The breakfasts were fine with plenty of choice and plenty to eat. The hotel would not book any other taxi than there own linked company which was expensive. Our room had a smell of sick although the boys room was fine. We were locked out of our room due to batteries going flat in the door lock, although the staff quickly changed them. |

Hotel was very quiet but conveniently placed for seeing the city. The standard of decor and comfort of the room were excellent. There was a bar but it was not open during our stay. |

Hotel bed was very confortable. Hotel very clean.. Nice bathroom and bedroom It would have been lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Checkout was very slow. Not happy that we were charged more to pay by credit card £ sterling. |

The hotel was nice, good location near from the old town square, very nice Paladium Mall, I would stay again but I would make sure the room will be bigger like in foto In the second day, nobody comes to change the towels and make the room. The breakfeast was the same every day and poor |

This is a fantastic hotel in every way. The location is great - close to the old city but away from the noise. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. |

Lovely Hotel, nice rooms, decent breakfast as buffet breakfasts go. Nice quiet area and only 10 mins walk from the old town square. Overall a lovely stay. Room was cold, couldnt control the temperature, this has been mentioned before by other guests. Also mentioned before was the final price. Euro price I got on booking.com was converted to Czech Crowns at some conversion rate Ive never heard of. ended up paying an extra 15 euro on the room price from the the price quoted on booking.com receipt. |

Good location, nice looking, big rooms. Problem with parking, for 4* breakfast should be better and restaurant bigger. |

The hotel is very close to the centre of the city. The room was very good and big, the bathroom is also big and clean! The conversion of Euro in CK, which was raised during payment with credit card. The amount for payment was computed into crowns, converted then with a very bad course for the transaction by transfer. It was possible to pay the bill in Euro Breakfast was ok, but not for a 4-Stars hotel |

The atmosphere and the large room we have become. What was strange: the price was 75 euro (via Booking.com) but we had to pay some 10 euro more because of local tax or something like that?? |

we stayed in Art Hotel Embassy booked for 85 eur/night. Surprisingly, the hotel charged us 2 210 CZK which is not equal to 85 eur according to the rate CZK/EUR. The receptionist claimed the hotel does not use rate calculation but only equivalent. We were not informed about this fact prior to booking. Moreover we use booking.com everytime we travel in Europe and this never happened before. |
