When I arrived there in the evening, I found out that they are overbooked and they don't have any room at that hotel. This never happened to me since I am using the booking.com homepage. They confirmed my reservation, moreover, we exchanged some e-mails and they still didn't inform meg in advance that they changed my booking into another hotel. Later I saw that there were some confusions also about the booking of other people. Be careful, if you book a room in this hotel, you can never be sure that you will really get it.

Great value, good location, breakfast is included! The urgency of responding to issues definitely depended on which staff was working.

Quite elegant lobby I was by myself but I booked a double room since I wanted to have a confortable staying. Unfortunatelly the room I got was very small, situated under the roof, with the smallest window could be even wondered. The real level of that room / bathroom should be maximum 2 or -at the best- 3 stars, for sure not 4 stars

The location of the hotel is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the Old town square, the staff is nice and the rooms are spacious with high but hard beds. I liked that. I went to have a breakfast just once, on the last day of my stay there, because normally I don't like what I get and I was quite satisfied. It's not that they have a 50 kinds of different foods, but what they did have was tasty and enough.

The Embassy is well situated close to Prague's Old City. Within 10-15 min you reach the charles bridge, within 5 min you are at Prague's shopping area. There are some nice restaurants and bars, which we can recommend, only a few metres from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, their english was good. The room (210) had an appropriate size and was well equipped, the bed was measuring 2mx2m and had to separate mattresses covered with one bedcover. The air-conditioning was working well and it was never cold at our room, though it was very cold outside especially at night. The bathroom had a tub and was quite big. Everything was clean and proper, there were only two smaller blots at the bedspread. It seemed the hotel was renovated not long ago. We were lucky to get a very good price by booking last-minute, so it was a very cheap stay. Highly recommended! Unfortunately the surrounding buildings are not that beautiful and a little battered, but that didn't bother us at all, because we didn't spend much time at the hotel, as we were visiting the city.

Nice and clean. The breakfast was of good quality (although for some or other reason they add water to the juices that they serve - it really taste like sweetened water!!!!!) Wrt television the hotel does not cater for the international guest. `Only one channel that is English and that is bbc. So while in your room (after a long day on your feet in this wonderful city) it was very boring.

Dear All, I would like to bring you attention to this hotel . I was looking for one that had high ranking and decided to stay in Euroagentur Art Hotel Embassy. It is really nice hotel with helpful and friendly stuff. I would like to mention Vadim on reception and Luba that served us the breakfast. Vadim is really helpful person he tries to even guess what are you gong to ask and immediately provides a really high quality assistance. All the other stuff is also very friendly. So this topic receives a really high rank from me. The location is good the street is not to crowded , although it is close to the center of the city ( appr. 10-15 walk from Namesty Republiky) . Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and very tasty. You will enjoy staying in this hotel. Giorgi , Dear All, I would like to bring you attention to this hotel . The location of the hotel is excellent! On the one hand is quite close to the city centre - just 10 minutes by foot, but on the other hand it's sittuated on a quiet street apart tourists crowded streets and the location is very calm. It's very close to the metro station Florenc, so it's very easy to reach any part of the city. But also the main city sights could be easily achieved by foot - to the Venceslav square it just takes maybe 15 minutes. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean as well and they are equiped with very good and comfortable beds. The breakfats is quite monotonous day by day, but it suggests different dishes, so it's not a problem.

The location - edge of New and Old Town - was great! We were near city center, but away from tourists and crowd. There were plenty of good restaurants at the surrounding neighborhood. Near the metro - Florenc. Our room was clean enough. Small hotel, so not many guests. Small breakfast, though not varied, was hearty and interesting. Staff could have had more smiles when talking to guests. The hot water was shared! So several morning at 0800hrs, we didn't have hot water to shower, because many of the guests were using the water. That was not acceptable.

The room was large and clean. The location of the hotel is also very convinient if you have business trip. There are tram and metro station near hotel. It takes only 10-15 minites to the centre of city on foot.

Location was just perfect for us: not on the tourist main path however to the Old Town Square just 10-15 min on foot. Room was clean and faced to back yard. Breakfast was fair. Asked to chang a lightbulb in my room as one was gone, hotel staff didn't find a time to do so in all 5 days we satyed there.

Near the main railway station, tram stops and a metro station, this hotel is a good starting point to discover Prague. We stayed in the superior suite, a suite that lives up to its name regarding the floorspace (90 sq m), but not to its interior design and service. The 6 enormous lamps on the suite's ceiling shine a white light, giving the suite the feeling of a dentist room. Individual lights, also near the seating area, would have been better. The mattresses were very hard and the towels were old and faded, one of the towels even had several holes in it. The service goes practically without a smile, no one asked how the stay had been....

Location was good, close enough to the city center, the price is good, the staff is friendly and helpful The breakfast was very poor, they didn't have cappuccino for example...the building doesn't look good, the inside is better, the bed is not comfortable....the double bed is just to single bed together
