Very central for business traveler. within walking distance from bus central and all offices. Poor sound isolation. SAT tv not functional, virtualy no breakfast. |

Ησυχο, με μεγαλα δωματια και καθαρο. Σχετικα κοντα στο σταθμο των τραινων, πολυ κοντα στον σταθμο των λεωφορειων και σχετικα κοντα στο κεντρο του Karlovy Vary. Να μιλανε οι ρεσεψιονιστ Αγγλικα!! Ενω ειχαν διαθεση για εξυπηρετηση δυσκολευομασταν στην συνεννοηση. |

Nem tetszett semmi, mert amikor odaértünk, azt mondták, hogy csináltak egy kis hibát, és át kell menjünk egy másik szállodába. A check-in 14.00-20.00-ig van, és igaz, hogy csak 5 perccel 20.00 előtt értünk oda, de azért ezt nem így kellett volna. Mert csak egy telefonba került volna és nem kanyargunk össze-vissza. |

Gutes Frühstück ,geräumiges Zimmer! Inkompetens mit der Abrechnung ,eine Aushilfe (junger Mann) mußte mehrmals die Masterkarte durchziehen ,und schrieb noch mehrmals manuell die kartennummer auf ? Keine Hoteleigenen Parkplätze vorhanden ,mann muß mit einer Parkkralle rechnen wenn mann vor dem Hotel parkt! Außerdem 4 Sterne sind niehmals angemessen! |

温泉地区からの外れに位置しているが、バスターミナル近く交通至便。 朝食が８時からで遅い。日照時間の短い冬場は８時から活動したい。 |

Sehr nettes Personal, angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer und günstige Lage. Hatte zwar einen, aber sonst ist das Parken des Kfz echt schwierig. |
