The best hotel to stay in Prague for travelers like me. From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Friendly staff, quality food, best service.
Some weird smell in room, battery leaks in bathroom.
- good breakfasts - great localization
- no kettle in the room - bed a bit uncomfortable
Liked . everything. Good breakfast. Big clean room. Good friendly staff. No negative comments at all since I enjoyed my stay.here.
Great location, great breakfast, great staff, good WiFi
Not so good heating in room 71
Close to train station and the attractions. Clean and really good breakfast. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
V Friendly staff / very clean / perfect location and cheap - what more do you want?
that we had to go home
good area for everything . room was good and breakfast was ok . receptionist was good and helpful in quite a few languages .
rust at the shower base did not look good and there was scum on the bottom of the shower curtain which looked like it had been there some time .
The room was huge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Location was out of the tourist area but easy to walk to all the sights. Wifi worked in the room (we were on the 7th floor). There's an elevator.
The room had a funny smell that was easily aired out once we opened the windows. Area seems a bit sketchy at night. Decor is dated.
parking place 14 euro per day and 10 minutes walking from hotel to park place.
cleanliness good breakfast location near to bus station near to city center nice staff
We stayed for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised. Great location: 5 minutes walk from the station and within 15-20 min walk to the centre. Very large and clean bedroom with en suite, clean towels, and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was impressive with a range of sweet, savory, hot and cold options. Free wifi and friendly staff.
We stayed mid August and the room was quite hot with no temperature control. We opened the windows which faced the main street so it could get loud sometimes, however it was nothing unbearable. Overall a very good stay, and we would recommend it and stay again!
Price of room was reasonable given location.
No or little hot water. Beds a little hard.
fast food & snack bar location good tempered staff
old furniture towel
Location was ok, 10-15 minute walk to Old town/station. Breakfast was good.
Spiders. Way too many spiders, entered room and immediately felt cobwebs on our faces. Several large spiders in plain view on the ceiling. Multiple more crawling out of the curtains and furniture. Very unpleasant nights sleep as a result. Generally very dated furniture, not very noise proof either. No AC, room was incredibly hot.
few types of breakfast
Location of hotel is good. Reception servieces is very good. موقع الفندق كان جيد الى حد ما. تعامل ومساعدة موظفين الاستقبال جيدجدا.
There is no AC. It's not that much new hotel but, it was accepted and good hotel. لايوجد تكييف حيث كان وقت قدومي في وقت الصيف. والفندق ما هو مره جديد وفخم لكن, صراحتا كان مقبول وجيد
Hotel Harmony is in a great location, clean, staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Bed could be more comfortable but overall great place to stay!!
Friendly staff, super breakfast, near from the city centre. This hotel is perfect for young couples.
The staff member with black hair at the front desk was lovely.
When booking I asked for a double bed, was told this was fine. Arrived to find two singles. No air conditioning and room was facing the main road so very noisy. Maria was rather short tempered not overly willing to help too much. I asked to take some pastries up to my room as my partner was not feeling well, I was told no and that everything HAD to be eaten in the dining hall. Website said a plug adapter was available, this was not available. I booked well in advance but was given a room directly in front of the elevator.
- 5 min walk from the historical center - breakfast was ok
- the shower was broken and it was not fixed after we told the hotel staff about it - the shower cabin had no door, it had only an inefficient curtain - the bathroom had rusty plumbing and it wasn't cleaned properly - the room doesn't have air conditioning and it is very hot in summer. It is very noisy when you are forced to sleep with the window open - we arrived on a saturday and the hotel staff did not inform us that the parking in front of the hotel was free on weekends, so we payed 14 euro/day for the private parking - the breakfast area is very small and we had to wait in order to sit at a table - the hotel is very expensive for its facilities
Very friendly and helpful staff. Tram station is just outside and metro is near.
Breakfast was fine rooms were comfortable and clean. Very close to city center walking distance to main attractions.
Never drink or eat anything from minibar especially water. This was the most expensive water i have ever drank in my whole life. They charged about 10 € about a liter of water. Wi-fi is not accurate in hotel rooms but is Ok in the lobby.
The staff was very friendly.
