I was here only for one night, but I can recommend this hotel to all!!! :-) Very nice hotel with helpful staff located in the city center, just few steps from all attractions, pubs and restaurants. Next time I will be back with my wife to have longer hollidays! Hotel is clean, room size adequate and You can also use relax center for few bucks. |

Average Hotel, but value for money, is it 4 star? I dont think it is, it more of a 3 star. Good rooms, big bathrooms but with a very poor shower, good if you are a midget. Also the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities. On the location it is 10 mins wlak for the Old Town Square and about 15 mins walk along the river to Charles Bridge. |

Staff was efficient and friendly. Allowed us to check in immediately as we arrived at 10:00 AM. Location was fine, not to close to center yet within a walking distance. (1) No king-size beds. Not to comfortable for couples. (2) Even worse - only single blankets. This is very annoying for couples. (3) WiFi should be free. We had to go down to reception to get a new code every time we wanted to connect and the prices are annoyingly high. (4) No shampoo. There was soap in the bathtub without a label so we had to buy our own. |

ruhige Atmosphäre Die Dusche war nicht in Ordnung - der Brausekopf war abgefallen und nicht repariert. Das Bidet war kaputt und lief aus, so dass das ganze Bad nass wurde. Die Fenster konnte man wegen zu vieler Tauben im Innenhof nicht öffnen - ein Fenster-/Fliegengitter könnte Abhilfe schaffen |

Die optimale Lage, alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und doch ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Der Preis von 140 Kronen für 0.5 l Mineralwasser im Zimmer schien uns doch etwas übertrieben. |

Lo mejor es la situación y la calidad de las habitaciones, que es muy buena en cuanto a limpieza, confort, decoración, etc. Hace honor a sus cuatro estrellas. Quizás las habitaciones podrían ser algo más amplias, aunque el espacio es suficiente y es un detalle menor si tenemos en cuenta que las habitaciones están muy bien por dentro. |
