Good location,room is nice

1,The room was very cold,the air conditioner didnt work at all 2,There was no wifi in the rooms,only in hobby,but here we've been told "yes" 3,The breakfast was so poor 4,The water for shower was brown! I stayed there 4 days,the water was always brown!

My room was excellent for design and available space. Airy and felt spacious. For once: enough flat surfaces in bathroom and living room!

Clearly your desk staff (Thomas and Martina) are the best thing this hotel has to offer. They understand that we are your guests and that finding places to see or dine can be a challenge when you don't speak the language or know the area. They were spot-on with their recommendations and service, were friendly, kind and made our stay a treat.

Several areas of improvement are clearly needed. First, the maintenance is lacking. Bathroom shower is a poor design and prone to leak even with the curtain fully wrapped. As a result of prior chronic showering, the tiles are popped, causing the door to catch the floor. The window is missing an handle to open, the carpet needs to be cleaned more often. Last, the breakfast is marginal at best, consider a larger selection of fresh fruit and pastry as rice & re-hydrated veg's isn't worth the effort to cook nor eat. Time to put some money into the place.

The room was very clean, breakfast was very good, room rate for early booking was great and a very helpfull staff

No room service for food and there was no bar or coffee shop at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The mattress and pillows had a good quality. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of products and the staff were always friendly and kind.

The pastry they offer for the breakfast could be tastier. The bath has a difficult access because was very high and not recommended for elderly. The shower should be higher, it reaches the shoulder to a person not very tall. Our room, despite of being a good one, overlooked two courtyards plenty of pigeons. It was a rather awful view

Great hoyel, very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Close to both squares and most shopping centres. Would stay again.

Very good location, 10-15 minutes from Charles' bridge. Friendly staff. Very good services for its money. Satisfactory breakfast.

Old-fashion style decoration. They were small damages on the walls. Air-conditioning out of order. Noisy road in front of the hotel.

Good location, 15 min walk to square in pleasant streets with a few decent bars and restaurants on the way, which were better priced than the centre. Room was very clean, good bathroom, but I suspect the AC in the room wouldn't be good enough if it was very warm. Breakfast ok, not a lot of choice. Reception staff pleasant. Pretty good stay and excellent for the city break we were there for.

Very close to the centre - just 6 to 10 minutes. Our stay with our little baby (2 years old) was very pleasant. There was not a big variation on the Breakfast buffet but it was good enough and tasty. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. The room cleaning time was always according to our schedule and the room was very clean.

We were actually very happy with our stay to this Hotel. If I could change something I would have added more tv channels which it was not really necessary and a bit higher internet speed to the room. And a baby high chair is missing from the Breakfast place.

1. The bath tub in my room (Romm#504) was really small in terms of width and length. So it was kind of uncomfortable to bathe. Else the room was good value for money. 2. I was overcharged when I settled my bill. I was supposed to be charged 125.8 Euros, but was actually charged 134 Euros.
