Hotel Mánes

Location next to historical center of Prague, every place of interest reachible by foot. Staff at the reception very friendly, helpfull and professional and easy and efficient to communicate with in english language. Next to the hotel, same side of the street a very good restaurant with asian and internatioal cuisine, good wine card with very nice staff and kind of rustical but cosy athmosphere.

The whole street under construction with rumors of heavy machines starting at 7 am. Saturday morning at 10 the breakfast room was full so that we had to wait 10 min. for a place to be seated, but we were offered an espresso for free in the meantime. The hotel restaurant was not running because was to be renovated (though no activities to be seen). Troubles in paying: Using credit card you are charged more because the hotel´s unfavourable rating course of corouns to Euro is based for calculation. So we recommend to pay cash in Euro. Anyway a good choice for a weekend-trip to Prague regarding the price and what you get for.

The hotel was great - close to the sites but in a slightly quiter area making it ideal for busienss travellers or those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle after a day's sight-seeing.

I was here only for one night, but I can recommend this hotel to all!!! :-) Very nice hotel with helpful staff located in the city center, just few steps from all attractions, pubs and restaurants. Next time I will be back with my wife to have longer hollidays! Hotel is clean, room size adequate and You can also use relax center for few bucks.

The staff was rude and they dont know how speak in English. Things that you dont think to find in 4stars hotel. Breakfast buffet empty

The hotel was a disaster

La gentilezza dello staff, la camera spaziosa, silenziosa.

L'hotel non è particolarmente pulito, davanti all'ascensore è rimasta una macchia per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno così come un'altra macchia nel mio bagno.

Cuando llegamos el hotel manes estaba lleno y nos enviaron a otro de la misma cadena.

Estoy teniendo problemas con el pago, me han cobrado una cantidad que no era la que contrate con booking en su momento. Ahora tengo que estar hablando con el hotel para que me anulen un cargo doble que me hicieron, y hay otro pendiente que tengo que solucionar. Las chicas de la recepcion no se aclarraban, no existia coordinacion por eso estoy teniendo estos problemas de cargo de dinero en mi cuenta. Espero que se solucione

Ich bin freundlich empfangen worden, Mitarbeiter haben deutsch und englisch gesprochen und waren stetts hilfsbereit. Geldumtausch zum guten Wechselkurs.

Die Dusche war nicht in Ordnung - der Brausekopf war abgefallen und nicht repariert. Das Bidet war kaputt und lief aus, so dass das ganze Bad nass wurde. Die Fenster konnte man wegen zu vieler Tauben im Innenhof nicht öffnen - ein Fenster-/Fliegengitter könnte Abhilfe schaffen
