It was very clean Hotel.

This Hotel is great! Excellent breakfast! Friendly staff. Perfect location, you can walk to all the attractions, would definitely stay here again.

Room was larger than expected. Location was excellent, near main square and close to major sights.

Lack of air conditioning. Room hot in summer. Bathroom needed updating. Breakfast average

The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square. Lots of things to see and do in walking distance, including a couple of Black Theaters and Charles Bridge (you can even go to the castle if you don't mind walking further). A Metro station is also very close. I think the price was fine as well (like €160 for 3 nights - double room). The room was quite spacey, with two large closets and a window looking on a - sometimes - noisy street (not too much hassle though). The reception was fine too and the room service daily (beds made, towels changed, room bar drinks replaced etc.). Breakfast is OK, although it does not include a large variety of food (at least comparing to what I've seen elsewhere). Smoking was also permitted inside the room and in the hotel lobby.

The pipe under the bathroom sink was dripping water, but was changed as soon as we asked for it (same afternoon to be precise). There were several stains on the carpet, armchairs and chairs (we generally didn't use the latter for this reason). There was a fan in the room, which was extremely dirty with dust and made us a very bad impression. The CRT TV set was quite far away from the bed and put in an angle that was not convenient to watch.

a week in advance before staying they block 200cz at my credit card without any reason and any explanation. Booking.com does not notify in advance about that as well.

Hotel má dobrú polohu, je blízko historického a obchodného centra, neďaleko je metro a zastávka električky. Hotel je romantický a rodinného typu. Personál je milý a ochotný.

Zaskočil ma vstup z čínskej reštaurácie do hotela kvôli toaletám, čím je umožnený vstup do hotela aj cudzím návštevníkom reštaurácie.

Vid beställning av taxi genom receptionen blev vi erbjudna ej auktoriserad taxi som varken hade taxilykta på taket eller taxameter I bilen. Alltså skulle vi ej kunna få printat kvitto. Priset va också alltför högt för denna relativt korta resa. Då vi vägrade denna taxi gick vi ut på gatan och fann en som vi hade rekommenderat receptionen att ringa från början. Priset för resan blev hälften av vad "svarttaxin" ville ha.

Sobre todo su ubicación, está en un sitio inmejorable con un precio genial.

Ottima posizione hotel rispetto al centro storico di Praga.

Camera piccola e zona doccia non molto pulita. Colazione normale.

Die Lage und die Zimmer waren gut. Die Rezeption war gut besetzt mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstücksbüfett war schön angerichtet und ausreichend, der Kaffee sehr schmackhaft.

1. Die Hotelkosten mußten bei Ankunft, also im voraus bezahlt werden. 2. Die Tagesdecke war stark verschmutzt. 3. Es gab keine Abtrennung zum duschen. 4. Die Außenfront des Hotels war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. 5.Die Fotos stimmen nicht. Außenterrasse ist an ein Chinarestaurant verpachtet. 6. Das Fernsehprogramm in deutsch war nicht, wie aufgelistet RTL, sondern irgend ein banales Programm. Leider kein Musiksender vorhanden.
