The room is clean. Location close to hot springs. The staff in serving breakfast shouted to me impolitely. I do not know I was not allowed to get water from water supply in the breakfast room. One of the staff shouted to me "No" loudly in English and point to a printed notice in Czech which means nothing to me. In general, the attitude of all other waitress were poor. |

We had a lovely short stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the river and other spa buildings, lovingly restored. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, recently renovated but with a hostorical feel. We all loved it very much. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant and the guests have to go for a breakfast to a nearby hotel Jesenius, which is a pleasant walk. However, the breakfast was very disapointing. The selection of the food was very very poor, especially when you travel with children. No dairy products such youghurts or fresh fruit and vegetables. Not to mention old breadrolls, hard as a rock. No selection of pastries, cheese or meat either. This kind of breakfast does not belong to Central Europe!!!!!!!! |

Daily cleaning, quiet enough, warm inside, great location. Special thank to Zlatka (maid), Oksana (receptionist) and some other staff in the spa and reception. Would be nice to have a coffee or tea machine in the room and a bigger TV. Pillows were too flat. This is not a huge defect but it caused a discomfort during sleep. Breakfast was pretty poor and staff there was not very welcomed. |

The staffs can not speak sufficient English and they are not friendly. When we could not find the hotel, we called for help several times, and we could not get clear explantation to get there. Once we arrived, we were asked to check in in another hotel. It's fine to do it, but the clients should be told in advance. It took us too much time in finding it and in check-in. Moreover, the breakfast was awful, we were very disappointed of the hotel. |

La localizacion, esta mismo en el centro. La limpieza de la habitacion y baño, habitacion cómoda, con nevera, TV y caja fuerte. El desayuno es muy poco variado, las empleadas son antipaticas y no ayudan. Hay que tener en atencion que nos han hecho pagar 9% de IVA sobre el précio final de la estadia. Hay que tener cuidado en este hotel en el momento de pagar! |

Das Hotel ist für ein drei Sterne Haus sehr sehr sauber. Ich war sehr überrascht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr schön gerade am Fluss gelegen. Kann ab und zu ein wenig laut sein, da es gerade an der Fussgängerzone liegt. |
