Thank you for the nice welcome fruits :) The breakfast was rich and various. The design is nice, with warm colors. In corner room we had lot of windows/light.
The double bed was made up from two separate mattresses. For the bath if using as shower some glass/curtain may be needed.
The room was large and the bathroom Perfect! The breakfast buffet very good and included in the room price, quiet location and near metro and tram station.there are plenty of restaurants around pavlova square two steps away.it has air condition if you travel in summer. Value for money....I would stay again!
Everything was perfect. Maybe the week wifi , only if you are a fan of internet (I am not) during your vacations!
Location, location, location.
Near a busy street, can be quite noisey but from 00 to 7AM it was quiet enough.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, walking distance from the main attractions. Hotel very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.
No kettle in the room so not ideal when travelling with a baby, but apart from nothing worth mentioning.
Good Locality and price
Perfect! Delicious breakfast, beautiful room, double glass protect us from the noice. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed.
If there is a tea preparation kit at the room would be good.
One particular staff named as Vaclav- very amenable and freindly
Everything... Excellent location... friendly staff... clean and big rooms... wide variety of food...
Nothing in particular
Close to city centre!
Bath, was a great change. Location was pretty good, albeit at the top of a hill. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.
No shower curtain... little things.
Proximity to the station and public place
They should start their own restaurant as well...
The staff was very nice and helpful to me. Breakfast was very good.
The rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic outside if you leave the window open.
We booked the double room for 2 nights using the app on my iPhone while we were bording the plane. So we kind of didn't know what to expect. Even with the check-in we were worrying because we arrived at mid night but we had no problems. The night receptionist was very friendly, we could pay in euros and didn't have to exchange to local currency, we got to pick the room with a view facing the back and not the road where the noise are and everything was hastle free. The location is excellent, the room was very nice and clean, free internet, heated floors in the bathroom are definatelly a plus, we even ordered some delivery from the local Italian restaurant and got the food delived to the room. So we definatelly will be going back to this hotel.
For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was too simple.
The cleaners are terrible, failed to clean our room, they put the cleaning trolley inbetween elevator doors preventing customers who are stayin gin using the lift. The receptionist are lovely and so is the porter !!
This hotel is very close to Wenceslaus square and the city center attractions. We managed to book a room with free parking (and even got a room for 3 with an extra bathroom although we were only 2).
The hotel reception area is currently under renovation therefore the reception area is a bit dishevelled. Generally the hotel could use some renovation.
Breakfast is wery bat
The hotel only arranges the private taxi and not the radio taxi -which are more economical.
+very good location (close to city centre and public transport) +WLAN everywhere +floor-heating in the bathroom
-breakfast ... not much choice, powdered orange juice... :( -no bath curtain
Only location was good
My room was very close to street, it was almost impossible to sleep due to traffic noise. In addition room was very dark also. Breakfast was very poor and tasteless. Corridor out side the room looks very old and not properly clean. last thing, i stayed in this hotel for 3 days on day of my arrival they block all amount of 3 nights on my card and when i check out they charged me 3 nights again but didn't unblock the amount. so when i came back my home i saw that they charged me twice , I had to called them at reception about that after that they unblock the amount. They gave me the reason that , they forgot to unblock , that is very unprofessional , you have to unblock the amount at the time of checkout of costumer. I had to called them to unblock when i came back from Prague , That was very disappointing. I do not feel to stay in this hotel again neither i would recommend anyone.
Staff was really friendly and very helpful. They truly make a difference
Great place, and just fantastic location - few minutes from metro and center of the city while still very quiet place.
