the staff is helpful and polite . The breakfast is okay . For the price I paid the hotel was not a bad bargain considering everything the room is small and the hotel itself is a long way out of town |

The hotel staff was very kind, polite, gentle. The location is easy to find, near to the main access in Prague by car, and the hotel is also close to the subway. The price of the room was good. The windows did not open. 3 days of 5 we did not have any fresh vegetables at breakfast. |

Clean comfortable hotel. Good space and welcoming reception. Breakfast was good. Information on site does not give very good directions to hotel from metro. We walked long way round but direct route was easy. |

Close to Chodov shopping centre, metro station and Parku offices. Very easy to go to the city centre to look at the old buildings. |

Easy to reach from the highway, shopping mall and other services, incl. underground transport, nearby - very comfortable for visitors arriving by car from D1 highway poor heating (at least) in that room |

Good location for a overnight stop when travelling through Prague, clean rooms and good value for money, splendid view from 9th floor It is not easy to find by car, there should be more signs. I also dislike the fact that windows cannot be open, but the air conditioning functions well. |

Fairly neat rooms, although a bit tiny. Air-conditioning was not working, and the room was roasting hot. Not very pleasant. |

It's clean and in a good state, and it was perfectly located for my needs in Prague. The breakfast selection was very poor, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but quite confused (one kept setting my key card for a wrong room). The main pain I had was with the elevators; it took forever to get them on the top floor in the mornings. |

The heating was no enough, one of the receptioninst was terrinle and yeled at me.the distance from city center is 25 minutes and very uncomfartable. you have to take a bus and a metro to get to the city and then back metro and a bus. |
