Staff were very friendly especially the porter! Decor and layout of room superb. Location for doing the tourist in Prague bit as nearby river, tourist and shopping areas and next to tram stop. Absolutely ridiculous that there are only dark net curtains in the rooms and no black out curtains especially as the sun was putting it's hat on at 5am! Not ideal when you get to bed at 2am and are a light sleeper. Bed although comfortable was much too firm for my liking especially given the rating of the hotel. |

The rooms that look like sofita are very nice, clean and spacious. The hotel is 5 minutes walking away from the main sightseings, quite near. The lobby is quite poor and some standard rooms don't fit to a 5 stars hotel. |

The hotel was good and just normal EuroStar hotel. Very central and safe area.. For that price I can say its really value for money and almost the best choice.. You dont really need to use any transport links as you can walk around easily. Room and bathroom facilities could be better, even thou everything was new and good decorated. I stayed in other EuroStar hotels and they are all the same. Its five stars but not luxury, just normal hotel. But again for that money you can’t ask more |

Nice room, great bathroom. Nice people at the frontdesk. Good service with luggage. We were offered to use the luggage room even without asking. Just one minor inconvenience. We could not find the cold water tab in the bathroom. Tab in the sink turned searing hot after a few minutes and did not empty well. Could be just a minor problem in our room. We did not found it important enough to call it in. |

the stuff was very polite.I really liked the design of our room.I think we took the right decision by choosing to stay at the Thalia hotel. the only thing that put me into concern was the fact that the water of the bath was too hot and we could only have cold water after we had to wait for 5 or 10 minutes having the tap open. |

This hotel is in a very good location in the Prague city. You can access several hot spots easily. The room is very modern and clean. The people in the counter are very nice. They always have a good smiling and very considerate. |

Location in very nice and the room is also well equipped The room I stayed in had a strong scent of cigarrettes, even after I clearly stated in the reservation that I am a non-smoker. |

Location, Style of hotel decor. Breakfast was OK but desperately needs more organisation. |
