The location was really good for sightseeing, just between the old town and new town and really close to the Charles bridge. There is no coffee or tea in the room. If you ask for a 3-person room they just put a portable bed in a 2-person room.

The design of the rooms is nice ! I was reservating a deuxe room on top floor with bath . Before booking I was asking if it is possible to reservate a parking place. The girl from reception told me : Yes , but write again an email. On arrival : They gave me a standard room. And was telling me that this is the deluxe room. After long discussion and showing the reservation from booking , they gave me another room , of course without bath . Again after long discussion they gave me finaly the right and paid room . Of course parking place was not available. But they sent me to another parking garage which was costing 40 €. Another points which has to pe clear if you will stay in this hotel: 1. Personal is mostly spain. Of course bad english and NO Czech. 2. Rooms are located next to tramp and main street ! Sleeping not possible. 3. Parking situation : Katastrophe 4. Breakfast : for a youth hostel fine , for a five star hotel UNACCEPTABLE ! 5. Water pressure in bath is so low , that it takes nearly 45 minutes till the bath is full with water . and so on and so on

All the staff were superb, especially the reception staff who sorted out a cake and champagne for my husband's birthday. Barman very accommodating and checked that wine/cake had been bought up to the room. Upgrade double room in loft - fab as great views of castle and other wonderful buildings in Prague. Breakfast superb, set us up for the rest of the day! Great to have fresh towels EVERY day. Location spot on - lots of lovely restaurants close by (reception staff will guide you) and very close to Old square,Charles bridge, National theatre, plus tram outside hotel!.When we come back to Prague we will stay again. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room - for that first 'cuppa' of the day! Would have liked 2 pillows not one on the bed - had to use a cushion!!! apart from that it was perfect.

Nothing stands out. Only the location is good The staff was not very helpful, and for an international hotel had very limited english. The porter however was the only helpful and really pleasant staff member, and should be made the manager.

The room , the shower and the chic design, nice size great location however this is probably not your fault but I couldnot find the hotel on google map.i serched so many times because I was lost for half an hour.I Guess it would help people who are not from Prague that you come up with a bright idea on how to tell people on how to get there. Some of the the male hotel staff werent welcoming.i went to ask for wifi password there was no coutersy saying anything it was just cold and felt that vibe that 'im not interested' though he was not rude.

Location, stylish design of rooms, good breakfast Not enough places at very small and narrow parking, staff could not manage serving breakfast, no carpets in corridors making noisy sounds, no tea and coffee maker in the room, no mirror except for bathroom.

We were delighted with the location of the hotel on this our first trip to wonderful Prague. A ten to fifteen minute walk took us to the main areas of interest "Charles Bridge", "The Old Town" , Prague Castle etc. The staff were very helpful. Described as a 5 star - we would suggest 4 star. The bedroom and bathroom were "compact". We booked room only. Breakfast in the retaurant was 18euro each. We enjoyed top class breakfast in nearby retaurant for less than half

The hotel is situated within the city center. This is not a 5 star hotel at all! It is more like a 3 to 4 star tourist class hotel with all the disadvantages of this class.

Rooms were nicely decorated and staff was very friendly, including housekeeping, breakfast and front desk. Ordered room service once and it came quite fast. My room was to the side of the building so very noisy at times with trams running fast. I have asked for extra shampoo by phone and none ever came so I ended up "stealing" from a housekeeper next door. Shame that for a 5 star hotel there was no ironing services and kettle to boil water, especially as i was travelling with a small baby i needed to go down to the restaurant frequently to ask to boil water for milk. All in all was a great value for money, staff friendly, clean and good breakfast. I would consider it 5 star standards though.
