Fantastic room, what you see is what you get (I chose the room because of the interior) The mattress was rather hard. Apart from that I expect 4 and 5 star hotels to provide shampoo/conditioner/body lotion so I didn't bring anything along. They only had shower gel which worked for the weekend.

Excellent location close to tourist attractions and shopping. Very helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom were neat with modern furniture. Good ambiance of lobby. Noise of air-conditioning concealed panels above the room ceiling. I wanted a wall adaptor to charge my cell phone that was not available at reception. However they were kind enough to charge my phone via their computer tower. Quality of bed mattress could be better. No complimentary newspaper. No coffee or tea or kettle in room. Staff provided a kettle on request. No iron in room. No English TV channels except for news!

The reception lady during late check-in was very friendly and helpful. Also gave us a lot of information on parking, and on some attractions. Also the location is not so far from the city attraction, can visit any of those places on foot. Breakfast was good. The reception lady in the morning for check-out was impolite. Instead greeting to me, she smiles hello to the guests next to me, wondering why? And she wears no smile while talking to me, no eyes contact too. Was a bad experience.

Wow, what a nice place. Good value for the money. Great staff, they bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. Best morning coffee @ the buffet of the whole trip. Catered to gluten free. The room & view of the Batl Museum was awesome. definately recommend. the quality of the toilet paper could be better. This hotel set the bar very high.

We got an upgrade from a standard room on the attic floor to something like a suite. Enormous room with roof beams, wooden flooring and fantastic views of the city that just take your breath away. Really stylish modern design of the room and a huge bed (must have been 2 by 2). Nice bathroom with marble decorations. Really good location for walking on both sides of the river, a bit removed from the bustling centre, but still close to everything - perfect distance. About 15-20 minutes walking from the railway station. Breakfast staff wasn't really helpful. On the whole breakfast variety could have been better. In my opinion, having tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been logical in a hotel of such a level, doesn't cost much but adds a lot of cosiness. Storage space in the room is a bit sparce - only one small wardrobe and no drawers. Would have been nice to have at least a bedside cabinet.

Great location. Black marble is not enough for 5 stars. Broken facilities at bath. Actually no parking (just a few lots). Unstable wi-fi.

Clean, spacious, good facilities. Great location for exploring the city. Terrific breakfast. I had in fact made this reservation accidentally. While I was browsing for accomodations in Prague, I was looking for 2 nights. My computer screen must have refreshed at some point, so that when I went to pay, the price was in fact only for 1 night = twice as expensive as what I thought I was getting. I immediately called the hotel, and was hung-up on. Booking.com tried to assist me unsuccessfully. The hotel's policy indicates that payment is non-refundable, but I would have appreciated them being more flexible, considering I called within minutes of the transaction being made.

Very convenient to the Old City and within walking distance to many historic sites, shopping and restaurants and bars. When I arrived, the hotel had cancelled my Booking.com reservation without informing me. I requested them to help me find a better 5 star hotel and in the process they suddenly found an opening in the hotel and allowed me to stay with a discount. Very strange!

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is advertised as being 5-star but its closer to a 4-star in my opinion - nothing wrong with that though. The front desk staff were friendly but they were not local and so they had limited knowledge of the city when asked about things to see off the beaten tourist track.

I loved the location. I was traveling with my adult daughter and we wanted to visit all of the points of interest in Prague. We were able to walk to everything - with the exception of the castle which we took a bus to. The hotel was clean, the facilities were good and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
