the best part about the hotel was the location. it was centurally located to all attractions
the internet would sign you out after a min or two if you were not active.
All of above. Great shower. Quiet. Good location.
Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel in a great position within walking distance of everything. Free room upgrade provided. Wifi good but had to log back on frequently
Loft room was noisy from street. Breakfast was adequate but not great - powdered orange juice, coffee pretty awful. Bed was quite solid
The Room is excellent vith a terrível view to Prague Castle.
The staff not very friendly.
Rooms are great, high ceilings and good air conditioning, the bath were good size with a bath tube. Very modern and cozy. Good internet and good breakfast. It is a great choise for a relaxing trip to Prague Not a bad price either.
ideal location for sightseeing and shopping very friendly and helpful staff
very few parking spaces if you come by car
Special thanks to Adrian at the reception for the polite and help full attitude.
Personnel was super nice, from the front desk to the driver who took us to the airport very early in the morning. The room was big, tall ceilings, big windows, enormous bed. I slept like a princess and my boyfriend too. We were in Prague for some hours only to have dinner for my boyfriend's birthday. On the comments on Booking I said we were there to celebrate his birthday so they received us with sparkling wine from Moravia. Thanks Eurostars. I stayed on an Eurostars before and they have never let me down.
The room's furniture are some of them in black. Against the light you could see some dust and had the feeling that it was dirty but wasnt. I'd probably liked to have a full body mirror in the closet to be able to see how I look, but that is just a luxury problem. They prepared us a picninc as we were not able to have breakfast as we left next day super early. The bread was dry, however we apreciated they did this for us.
Very clean, the bed was very bug and comfortable. Bathroom spotless and lovely shower.
No mirror in the main room. Breakfast wasn't Included. There were homeless people just before the hotel, we were approached one evening. Quite a stroll to the main square.
Location, facilities, good breakfast
Price, staff were not very helpful with a medical problem.
reception staff not adequate enough when requesting final invoice at check-out time
Good location, easy access, breakfast fantastic,we really enjoyed this place
No english speaking channels except for the news No mirror in room for wife
I don't know how European rating works, but how can you get 5* with no spa or swimming pool and stone floors!
It was our honey-money so they gave us a free upgrade to a suite and a bottle of champagne WIFI is excellent
great staff - good service- on the second night they put us two towel made swans on the bed surrounded by roses... good breakfast - keeps you fit all day long
wifi service was good but I couldn't download any movies. matress was a bit hard for me but I slept well
The location is very good.
Parking place is quite poor, small and can't accept van, so you need to park in the public parking place which is several blocks away, that is not very convenient.
Location was very very good - right next to the bridge and good spots are within walking distance. Staff was super helpful and their breakfast was great as well
Location and price and nice rooms.
Bed was a bit creaky. Breakfast was down in the basement which was a bit depressing
Loved the parquet flooring. I hate carpeting in hotel bed rooms. Loved the location close to all theattractionsof the old town.
My wife was a little unhappy about the security of the hotel. It appeared that anyone could walk in to the hotel and go to any floor they want red to
Very good hotel, nice and comfortable rooms.
location. bed was firm enough
small rooms, loud air conditioning
Room was nice, if a little small. Location was excellent - circa 8 min walk from centre, 2 min from Theatre / River.
Not sure that it would get 5*'s in the UK, still very nice though.
Gorgeous and spacious rooms, ideal location, quiet, well working ac, beautiful design, very polite and professional staff.
