部屋は一見は凄いスタイリッシュで素晴らしいです。でも、それだけの話であまりにも欠点が多すぎます。まず- は暖房が全く効かないという事です。寒くて室内の温度を26度に上げても28度に上げても同じで一向に温ま- りません。これは天井が3ｍ以上もあるせいで暖気が上がるせいなのでしょうか？それは違います。その直前に- ウィーンで同じ様な寒さの時に、宮殿を改装したかなり古い5星ホテルに泊りましたが弱暖房でも暑く暖房を切- っていました。洗面に床暖房があるので床暖房にすべきではないのでしょうか？1階だから冷気が上がってくる- かもしれません。結局部屋でも厚着を余儀なくされました。馬鹿な話です。それよりも驚いたのはお湯です。シ- ャワーがぬるま湯程度で、熱いお湯が全く出ません。洗面に温度切り替えがありましたので最高にしましたが、- それでも上がりません。数回クレームを言いましたが「あと30分待ってくれ」とな情けないです... |

新しくてとても清潔な部屋でした。広さも充分で、朝食も良かったです。 女性のスタッフは冷たい感じ。チェコはこれが普通でしょうか？全く笑顔なし。 |

The building it was amazing, right at the center of Prague city, an excellent choice for touring around the city since everything is close by. This is the second time i choose to stay in Eurostar hotel and i haven't regret it. |

I liked its central location. Breakfast was fine but I would like a bigger variety of fruit for breakfast. Definitely not a five star. Taxi service from the hotel to the airport which cost 150 more than the taxi we picked up at airport on the inward journey. We had been told price at reception when we booked taxi that morning so we were accepting this price but after a telephone conversation in car taxi man wanted us to change taxi for a cheaper rate some distance from hotel!! |

The room was lovely, modern washroom, very clean, very comfortable king size bed; fabulous location-close to all tourist attractions and shopping I would have liked a coffee maker in the room; they didn't have a concierge; staff tried to help with tourist sights, but limited in ability to assist. |

Excellent location . Very helpful stuff, nice bed linen and very spacious room . We booked a triple room and it was a real triple (not a bubble with extra bed). Big variety in the breakfast. Good value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It would be nice to put a mirror in the room because the one in the bathroom is not enough. |

the location is great. The design is nice. room is big enaugh. breakfast was o.k. Breakfast can be better. there was not a mirror in the room, except in the bathroom. our room had a window only as skylight, not a very good feeling. |

Good location, quiet, very nice rooms, not great but good breackfast. For 5 star, I would recomend to have swiming pool or spa, and I think they have space to have one. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are right between the old and new part of Prague. Wheter you like to see the beautiful historical treasures of Prague or if you like to go shopping, it's all within a distance of 5-10 minutes walking. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived we had no hot water in the shower. After 2 checks by the hotel staff, they told us the warm water would be repaired in the morning. Only after asking they offered us another hotel room, but this one was half the size as the original room. After we made a compaint we got a very nice room at the top floor which we enjoyed very much. |
