Excellent excellent hotel with great and very helpful staff i fully recommend for everone to go there. Excellent breakfast:)

Large rooms, free gym, very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again. Great value for money.

Bit far to the Old part of town but the price reflects that.

1. Excellent location. 2. Breakfast could be better, but the kitchen itself retsoran hotel is terrific - 400 kroons were eating and drinking, this restaurant makes the best pizza, better than in Italy)) 3. found a broken shower door - all repaired in 15 minutes 4. decent spa center - sauna and jacuzzi, massage done - by 4-minus. 5. Wi fi does not always work perfectly attuned, though quite decent speed 6. next to the hotel there is a grocery store and a cheap cafe, ask the staff where pizza - there is also a very tasty Italian food

For this price the hotel was ok.Breakfast was maybe not so sopthisticated but fresh hot and quite tasty.....

-Towels were not changed after 3 days,as indicated in the guest book. -Poor-lit area

If window goes to the roadside it might me a bit noisy.

- Good connection with city main tourist attractions - 200m to the two tram lines (12 & 17) going to the old town and castle. Good connection with the main railway station. Two tram stops to the underground station. - Calm and quiet location. - Good breakfasts. - Fine price as for the Prague.

- not so clean bathroom in the suite. - sauna and yaccuzi payable for a guest, not for a period of time - it's nonsense for me. - slow Internet connection, and Internet available only near the reception hall - for the economy type suite - nowadays Internet is not a luxury.

in economy room there was no wfi. Only in lobby, so it was sometimes slow

This hotel is Trip Advisor's top-rated budget hotel in Prague. I think that may be overstating things a bit. The was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It felt like a decent value but not an outstanding one.

The breakfast that is included in the price is barely fit for human consumption. Also, the hotel is not in the city center, and is about 10- 15 minutes' walk from the nearest subway. The policy of charging for children over two years old is a little draconian. Even though we wanted to take a smaller room and share a bed with our child, we were not permitted to do so. We were required to sleep in a room with three beds. Also, the furniture and fixtures gave a distinctly budget feel to the place.

Excellent hotel! The staff was so friendly and I was very happy with my room. I got to the hotel much earlier than 2PM and the room had been already prepared. I'm definitely going to come back there!

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel extol Inn. Hotel staff were friendly, ready to help. The location of the hotel is also good. just 100 m from the nearest tram stop. Breakfast was also very good. Overall value for money.

Its a little further out of town than I would like, its a 10 minute ride by tram to get to the centre of Prague but they are frequent. Not a lot going on in this district so the hotel is just a base.

Close to city centre, only few stops by tram. Free internet.

breakfast, had a lot of variety, but was not very fresh. also, almost everything was with meat. we found crisps leftovers beside the bedside table when we first saw our room, but despite of that the room was clean.

The hotel was immaculately clean with new furniture and a lovely bathroom. The shower was great. The spa was also a very nice feature and free to guests. The breakfast was adequaate but maybe not very geared to British guests.

The only fault with the rooms is that the beds are not comfortable at all. Our room was above reception with the result that lots of people stood right beneath our window at random times during the night to smoke as the hotel itself is non smoking. This was VERY noisy.

The big breakfast, the low price and the good location, with simple and fast connections with the centre.

The location is in a very sketchy area of Prague. Lots of creepy people around. It is far from the center. The room was not nice. I had to switch rooms to an upgrade because I refused to stay in the first room; it was so bad.

Modern, well featured hotel, very spacious rooms, good breakfast included and well priced dinner available. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

10 minute tram ride to the City, with a change to the Metro if you want to get to the railway station. Smoking was allowed in the restaurant. Wifi was patchy.
