comfort of bed friendly staff
2 single beds breakfast (no proper bacon; orange juse was weird, coffee was not the best, no ommelet)
Parking is not free of cost, and is charged additional 150 CZK. My room hasn't TV and the room was without own bathroom(was for two rooms). The heating worked with full power but the air in room was still cold. The staff in restaurant was very friendly. Food was very good and prices are also very friendly.
Excllent bar/restaurant and access to the tram.
short check out time
big bathroom, very comfortable bed, cardlock door, colors of the room,
wifi !!! , tram map wasn't update ,
Amazing breakfast! Very helpful staff. Convenient to touristy spots. Can visit most places by tram or simply by walking. Love our time in Prague!
Good Price in a quiet place, 10 minutes from the center.
The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. The room was pretty big too.
Although we booked a double room with a private bathroom we still had to share the bathroom with another room. It's a bit out of town however the public transport system is good so it's not too bad but just adds time to your plans.
Breakfast, staff is always friendly and helpful, lobby is so comfy, bar drinks (including beer and coffee) are delicious and cheap!
The instructor at the fitness gym is not very punctual and the gym itself is a bit dirty.
Quiet location, secure car park
-Location is very important for tourists. 2 min walking from hotel to train. Train is directly going to city centre.(4 or 5 stations.approx 5 min.) - Staff,cleaning,breakfast- perfect.
- no slippers and etc.

When I reported that my shower was leaking they upgraded my to a better room. They have a gym which is good value. The bar is also good value.
The staff and restaurant were very good. The breakfast was decent.
Wifi/Internet - this is the single most important thing in a hotel stay after a comfortable bed. Extol Inn breaks their promise of in-room wifi so it is no wonder that people congregate in the lobby to use the open wifi connection (when it works!). In the hallways of hotel you can see evidence wifi routers daisy-chained to extenders and access points (supposedly extending the extenders!), but it's all in vain. As a semi-technical person, It seems to me that they are intentionally hobbling the network to cover up the fact that they don't have the bandwidth coming into the hotel to service all clients. And don't be fooled by the promises of a fallback cable connection - even when you use this method, you will barely get 2 minutes of connection before it drops out. [Context - before this hotel, I had 50 days/stays of trouble free wifi at a range of hotels and cafés, so it is not my setup]. Rooms - clean and confortable, though not even the executive rooms are air conditoned. Breakfast - good, but not early enough during the weekend or weekdays. Entrance - the foyer is dicky with a unattractive swipe-access door between the reception and lift/stairwell - it feels somewhat like the layers of security doors you'd expect entering a prison. Location - set in a lonely part if town in a semi-industrial area. Trams/metro is located 600m away - once you get the hang of the layout of Prague, it's not too bad.
Staff was ok, and restaurant as well.
We had a private room + shared bathroom on the 4th floor. Here’s a list of what was bad: - Smelly room, who cooked mussels in here? - Uncomfortable beds, very hard. Also very noisy. - Dozens of flies & mosquitos in the bed sheets - No toilet paper when we arrived, no excuse when asked for a refill - WIFI connection totally unreliable - Towels way too small - No shower curtain - No soap in the toilets, only in the bathroom We asked to change rooms, explaining everything that was wrong with the current one. No excuses, no free upgrade to a “basic” room, but at least the receptionist was willing to give us another economy room. 5th floor, different layout (bathroom + toilets are one room). Still super smelly (there are now fries on the menu), same beds, but at least no flies on the sheets and the WIFI was reliable. We don’t know about the basic rooms, but we definitely don’t recommend the Economy rooms. Seriously, stay away from them.
Range of facilities Breakfast room Thorough cleaning Choice for breakfast Ease of transport Parking facilities
No air conditioning Hard beds
the cleanliness and the multiple services (internet, they sell transportation tickets, have postcards, a bar, a good restaurant...). Everybody speaks English. Good breakfast.
The rooms were clean and comfortable but smelled a little bit like humidity, we needed to open the windows upon arrival.
clean. Simple. Reasonable price with BF
wifi unstable.. using 1min disconnet 1min. Cant continue using
At least we had wifi to book another hotel.
After we have seen the shared bathroom, which was not clean, we decided to book another hotel, nevertheless the money for this booking will be lost.
size of the room receptions was very kind and helpful late checkout for free
breakfast bed toilet wasn't clean
Quiet and easily accessible location, kind staff, comfortable room.
No safe in our room.
STAFF was ok, very qualified, helpfull nice
three stars is not achieved, no TV in the room, on 4th floor where I stained was fried oil smell the bathroom was share with two rooms and the neighbors was still in bathroom I was hunting when is free. The breakfast was poor, no fruits, no vegetables, juice was chemical powder mixed with a water.
Room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.
the hotel is far from city centre; so, you often come back late. If you ask for any food or room service, they ask you to go to the petrol station mart; to be honest much better to sleep hungry and not to go that awful place for dinning. The recreating centre seems ok but hardly you can have any time slot to use them they are always booked. There is no toaster in the breakfast room. There is no proper air conditioning system in the room either.
Since my last visit: * new better beds * better internet connection on WiFi Also: * no noise from coridor - good double doors with seal * friendly staff * good big room * good big bathroom * excellent brekfast * good value to price
These are minor issues: * quite far away from city center * early check out hour 10:30
