The Floor hotel is great and every detail is consider to please the guest. I believe the decoration is the high point of the rooms and the localization one great advantage. The breakfast could be enhanced. |

Excellent location... near train station and Wenceslas Square. Close enough to walk to Mala Strana. Large jacuzzi tub and great restaurant downstairs. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi The room we were in was not as pictured on the websites. Although clean and nice it was not sleek and modern as shown online. |

Very helpful and friendly reception - nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was huge and very clean and quiet. I would choose to stay here again. |

The hotel was in a good positon for getting around Prague There is misleading information about the 'additional TV channels' that are advertised by the hotel and provided by a company called Smoovie. The packaging suggests that if you pay 499 cz you get additional TV channels. However, when you activate the Smoovie all you get is 2 porn channels and the National Geographic Channel which is totally misleading. |

Good quality bed. Excellent meal with good service in adjoining restaurant. Reception staff always helpful and courteous. 2 star cleaning in a 4 star hotel. Could have been better. |

The location was great - right in the middle of a big pedestrian shopping street, and a 2 minute walk to the metro. The room was also very comfortable and spacious. |

The hotel staff were very unfriendly and provided no information on checking in. The room was not vacuumed in 6 days and the consumables were not replaced eg toilet paper and soap. |

location is very good and despite being in the city center it is very quiet compered to other big cities I have visited it is classed as four star hotel -i would appreciate at least gym or sauna or some spa treatment, massage or similar facility to be able to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would have spent more money in the hotel that way.. |
