Pleasant location facing parkland at front with easy walk to old town centre. Near to a tram route from the train station. Staff were very helpful including immediate service when I was locked out of the safe through my own fault. Breakfast was decent. Olomouc is a nice town. |

This is almost the perfect hotel. It's clean and modern, the staff is very friendly, there's a computer in the lobby for internet access and the breakfast is as rich as you could wish for. Rarely do cakes get tastier than the ones we had in Flora! From the top floor you can have a stunning view of the old town; however, the rooms there were inaccessible during our stay, so we never got to admire it from the window, but only from outside the elevator. The hotel is quite distant from the railway station (but then, it's the station that is far from anything); it's not really a drawback, as all the trams seemed to take you to the station. |

Der Charme der 70' Jahre im Kommunismus würde versprüht. Der sogenannte Wellnesbereich wurde vom Hotel unabhängig geführt, Termine für die Benutzung von Sauna oder Pool sind kaum zu bekommen. Unbewachter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel muss extra in bar gezahlt werden. |

hotel di standard internazionale. A piedi si raggiunge il centro in soli 5 minuti . Dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite e la colazione a buffet è di buon livello |

Наличие Wi-Fi в номерах, удобное расположение в центре города, рядом с парком Чуть более доброжелательный персонал должен быть, стоимость парковки сделать чуть ниже и включать в стоимость номера (включая и парковку перед гостиницей, которая неохраняемая, но платная). Ассортимент на завтраке можно было бы улучшить. |

Personnel sympa et efficace au restaurant, malgré heure tardive arrivée Signalisation du parking: nous nous sommes garés devant l'hotel pensant que c'était un parking public, or on nous a réclamé de l'argent avant de repartir ( nous pensions que le parking payant était un parking clos - qui semblait exister derrière l'hôtel). |

Het hotel had de typische Oostblok uitstraling. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar allemaal behoorlijk op leeftijd en men mist de aansluiting met de west-europese wensen. |
