WIFI was out of order. During my stay nobody repaired it.

Free parking. Good breakfast. Near to the city center.

No conditioning!!!

The front of house staff were very friendly, and happy to joke with guests. My room was very comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the secure parking was much appreciated. Only about five minutes walk from the centre of a very attractive city.

The lift seemed to have a mind of its own at times - otherwise the hotel woiuld have scored 'excellent' rather than 'good' for 'services/facilities'. But this is a very minor point.

room was clean but dated and hotel was pretty soul less. Probably the best sized desk for working on I have experienced in a very long time and not cluttered with lamps, pamphlets and other rubbish!

Pleasant location facing parkland at front with easy walk to old town centre. Near to a tram route from the train station. Staff were very helpful including immediate service when I was locked out of the safe through my own fault. Breakfast was decent. Olomouc is a nice town.

This is almost the perfect hotel. It's clean and modern, the staff is very friendly, there's a computer in the lobby for internet access and the breakfast is as rich as you could wish for. Rarely do cakes get tastier than the ones we had in Flora!

From the top floor you can have a stunning view of the old town; however, the rooms there were inaccessible during our stay, so we never got to admire it from the window, but only from outside the elevator. The hotel is quite distant from the railway station (but then, it's the station that is far from anything); it's not really a drawback, as all the trams seemed to take you to the station.

het was proper en een zeer verzorgt ontbijt in een propere eetzaal met vrindelijk personeel.

We hadden ons zeer klein hondje bij .Op het internet staat toegelaten mits kleine vergoeding 20.00 euro per nacht vind ik geen kleine vergoeding , het is overdreven nog nooit hebben we zo veel moeten betalen.Dit zo moeten vermeld worden op de boeking zo weet je dat ,en kan je nog zien wat je doet met je hond , als je daar staat heb je geen andere kuize meer.

Preis ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Tschechien überhöht
