Nice, comfortable and clean room. High and large bed. Parking in front of hotel doesn't belong to the hotel. When leaving undignifying paying cash to some old lady walking around the parking space.

Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is reachable by tram from the railway station. It is a short walk from the town centre.

Zdařilá designová rekonstrukce pokoje č.902 V oknech nejsou žaluzie a ani žádné závěsy, které by zabránily průchodu denního světla do pokoje již od samého rána. V televizi bylo naladěno pouze 5 programů (tři české) na které se nedalo koukat, protože to pořád zrnělo. Příplatek za vstup do hotelového bazénu za 150,-kč což mi přijde celkem moc, kort když chtějí za ubytování 1700,- kč za noc.

La situation géographique Télévision qui capte très mal Internet qui fonctionne mal et avec beaucoup trop de sites bloqués comme youtube par exemple Petit déjeuner pauvre et femmes de ménage qui débarrassent pendant que l'on déjeune

Spokojenost s ubytováním a s poskytovanými službami, příjemný a ochotný personál. Bohatá snídaňová nabídka,hotel skvěle umístěn cca 10 min chůze od centra. Rádi se vrátíme!

Dobra obsługa w recepcji - komunikatywna I mówiąca nieźle po angielsku. Dobre położenie hotelu - w pobliżu parku I 10 minut pieszo od centrum miasta. Przestronny pokój. Fatalne śniadanie. Właściwie poza płatkami nie było nic do jedzenia. Parking za hotelem jest co prawda za darmo (jeśli rezerwację wykonuje się przez booking.com), ale jest oddalony od wejścia do hotelu o jakieś 200 m, a więc z walizkami trzeba się nachodzić. Przeszkadzał mi też hałas z powodu prac budowlanych na tyłach hotelu (tam miałem okno). No I odpłatność za pobyt pobrano mi z góry. Poczułem, że nie jestem wiarygodnym klientem dla Flory. W sumie hotel jest zdecydowanie za drogi w stosunku do tego co oferuje klientom.

Lage des Hotels zum Stadtzentrum, Erreichbarkeit des Hotels, Parkmöglichkeit, Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Probleme beim Einloggen über WLAN bzw. in VPN-Tunnel. D.h. WLAN-Verbindung war ok, ohne Probleme, jedoch der login über VPN in unser Firmennetzwerk funktionierte nicht. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, da wir auf unseren Geschäftsreisen jeweils vom Hotel aus arbeiten müssen. Hier ging es nicht.
