I have requested a room facing the river, as a main reason to choose the hotel. I was given a room facing a wall. The room description mentioned a veranda/balcony. This is not true. There is only a glass. The breakfast was good but there was not ffod for everybody

Staff was very accommodating esply when we needed an extension and a late checkout. Easily walking distance to most tourist locations and close walk to the train station. ( but if only I don't have a large luggage with you).excellent service fr Ms Jirina.

Rooms came as single beds( no king beds) but we were aware of it before we booked. Be careful when u take the taxi fr the train station. It's only abt 10 euro fr the train station to the hotel and nothing more . Have small coins with you when you take the subway- we had to get coins fr passing tourist because there is no machine to change to coins for the subway tickets. And the counter staff at the subway do not understand English and will not change your notes to coins. Stairs to the rooms are small and narrow ( so may not be suitable for older folks ( unless u request for the same floor as the reception .

We were in the boat for one day only. We’ve booked a room with French balcony but the room available had no river view. The lady in the reception was very kind and showed us besides the room we booked also a normal room with river side view which we took. It was nice. The room was small but comfortable. We had a quite night. The breakfast in the morning was OK. The location of the boot is excellent. The historic old city is only a couple of hundred meters away. During the weekend it is possible to park the car for free (available park places are rare). Otherwise in the garage of the Rudolphinum it costs ca. 20€ per day. Overall we would recommend the Florentina boat to every Praq visitor.

location is amazing. Breakfast included was good, lots of variety. Dinner (not included) but they have a daily 3 course menu, for a very reasonable price (Prague is expensive). The food was excellent. The view is amazing, especially at night! Try to get a cabin with river view!

They advise not to drink the water in your cabin (can be used fro brushing teeth) It would have been nice if bottled drinking water was supplied.

The rooms are small but confortable, the service was excellent and the inside restorant very good and cheap for the quality offered. I loved this hotel.

The wi-fi connection doesn't reach the last rooms, but it's not a very big problem considered that you'll be visiting prague most of the time.

Cozy room with good breakfast, close to old town.

The staff at the first day is not very friendly. We didn't get the room facing the river. What a pity!

Good location and it was possible to check-in earlier.

The offer was in Euro they changed the credit-card and because of the exchange rate it was more expensive then the offered price.

The location of this hotel is really excellent, close to the city center and not far from the main train station (about 20 minutes walking). The rooms are small but functional, you can save some space by placing stuff in the storage space under the beds. Breakfast was fair. The boat has a beautiful outdoor deck where they serve drinks and organize BBQs if weather allows.

We booked a "french balcony" room believing it would have been facing the side of the boat with a view, but it was not the case. Not the hotel fault, but we got a little misled by the pictures during the booking. Being on the side facing the quay, we had to keep our curtains shut all the time (people were walking 2 meters away), so the window option was not really worth. Also a pity the rooms only have twin beds - yes you can try to put them together if you want to dislocate your shoulder in a new fun way, but result is not guaranteed.

Staff is excellent. Our train arrived at 4 AM and I notified the hotel and they made sure to have somebody waiting for us to make the check-in at 5 AM. Breakfast is good and I highly recommend the pastries. The room had plenty of space and we had an amazing view of the river and the Buda castle. Location is also great. We were a 5 minute walk away form the old square.

Right in the middle of old town square, could not be better! Very quiet while I was there, many spring break parties going on.

I was happy with everyone til I paid my bill, $1000., and didn't get so much as a thanks, come again.

My second stay here after the summer and receiving the perfect experience then. Nothing was any different. The staff were still warm and welcoming, the room was still astonishingly spacious and the view: stunning! I can't imagine ever visiting Prague now and not staying at the Florentina!

The location is perfect: right next to the Jewish Quarter in Prague, a few minutes away from the main points in the city. The boat has a ''retro'' decoration with lots of wood furniture that makes you feel at home, it's really cozy! Besides that, the staff is charismatic and can help you with anything during your stay: they gave us tips of where to go shopping, city markets, tours and restaurants. Speaking of restaurants, there is one inside the boat with good local dishes for fair prices. The breakfast is good and diverse but nothing extraordinary. The room is tight but that's the price you pay for staying in such a nice boat. If you are looking for a different and remarkable experience in Prague, that's where you should book your stay, seriously.

    Nothing comes in mind!

Checking out at 10 AM was a bit early but not a major problem
