1.Bed was not good. 2.very bad quality Bath towels. 3.Toilets were not having locks from inside.Too embarassing........ 4.Staffs were aggresive. 5.Too far from the city. 6.No restaurent facility

Breakfast is ok and the infrastructure fine : Internet in the lobby, computers (paying), ping pong, pool

The hotel looks very ugly from the outside. The inside has also a strong smell. Our door was not locking properly and is very thin so I Guess it's very easy to steal anyone not in his room They also do not tell you you're gonna pay for bed linens and towel. I told the reception guy that's its not normal to hide fees, he said he repeated it several times already to its management but they don't mind. The price is not so high but still the value for it is not good at all

The room was shabby, with few electrical outlets, and very loud, the elevators were too small and didn't work well (I walked the 11 flights often), the staff was OK but overworked, the breakfast was substandard, esp. the coffee, the location was inconvenient and it was hard to find. And it wasn't particularly cheap.

Bad experience: - dirty room - no private bathroom: shared with a second room - old lift - hotel with several external damages also balconies - door of the room with blurred glass We will never stay.

Bath room Door locks were faulty which brought about some nuisances taking into account shared use policy.

Kind and helpul staff, tasty breakfasts.

Terrible organisation, cracked window in my room and only one socket in the room.

-Bad organisation during holidays, few personell on many guests means - crowd in the lobby for reception, crowd in breakfast area. Personell could be faster in solving standard issues (lost key, lost luggage, payment...) -Without choise for pillows and blankets. Our pillows were too soft and thin, blankets were too thick and too warm.

Wi-fi is announced to be in public places, but in such public place as restaurant it's absent.

- ho(s)tel is really close to the metro, just five min. walk - opposite the metro is great pub with good beer, perfect athmosphere & cuisine - grilled pork knee, ribs, ... all for more than a good value of money (the pub was advertised by the staff) - clean rooms, big enough - very good breakfast - buffet - hot/cold drinks, 4 kinds of cereals, hot buns, 5 kinds of salami (including proscuto crudo), 2 kinds of hard cheese, 6 k. of marmelades, fresh vegetables (tomatoes, salad, cucumber), traditional Czek/Slovak mayonaise salads, boiled eggs and more... - very helpfull staff (excluding one) - just 20 min. to the city centre (by metro)

- the first evening when we arrived (Saturday), there was a girl at the reception - a trainee, so it lasted 45 min. to check in!!! She also thought that we came for 5 nights instead of 4 (but didn´t say), fortunatelly I saw higher price on the bill, so I told her it´s a mistake - our room was a little older, but OK, but our friends (who have more modern room - also with TV) didn´t have any wardrobe where they could give their clothes

The room was not cleaned before the time of arrival, so wee had to wait for about one and a half hour.

This place is too German, Tv, breakfast, signs... I mean, when you go to Czech Republic you believe things should be in Czech, isn't it?

The welcome was friendly and the rooms attractive. The breakfast was better than in many hotels and the location good for getting around. It is a hostel with the class of a hotel and there are excellent budget restaurants close by.

Visitors should be aware that as you walk towards the street where the hostel is, it is hidden by other buildings. Do not think you are lost since when you get to the street you can then see the bright and welcoming building very clearly. Not a criticism but a fact.

The staff were wonderful, there was a German guy working at reception for the week we were there and he was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us a map and drew where we should go etc. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Bathrooms are almost new.

The location was not very good at all only one restaurant in the area, though in saying that - the metro is a 5 minute walk away and then its another 5-10 min ride into town SO easy. Internet is only available in the lobby which is a bit annoying.

The hotel room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent

Don't have TV in room and a bit far away from the City Center (15mins walking and 15mins Metro)

The price was more than fair, although a bottle of water for example was 6 times more than in a grocery store. The building itself looks disastrous from the outside, but the inside was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The bed is very uncomfortable and the shower curtain was funky... The best thing was the breakfast, great food and many choices and a very nice eating area.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty shower curtain, couldn't go out to the terrace, bottle of water was 50 + 10 kr (it's 3,20 in the grocery store)

na izbe mi chýbalo aspoň rádio, resp. niekde spoločné miesto, kde by bolo možné sledovať TV (rôznorodosť programov aj so zvukom)

-zameldowanie do pokoju trwało godzinę.Bałagan,niezorganizowanie,chaos. -hotel niesamowicie chaotyczny. Dopiero sprzątaczka pomogła nam znaleźć nasz pokój -przebywaliśmy w hotelu dwie doby i ani razu pokój nie został sprzątniety

Cena, spokój, bezproblemowość, obsługa, blisko metra, czystość, dobre sniadania.

Nepoměr ceny "Hotelu"!!!!! Neodpovídá cena.Zařízení "Hotelu" odpovídá "Hostelu".Za tuto cenu velmi skromné zařízení.Pokoj připomínal VŠ ubytování-koleje.Bez televize a skříně.Pokoj byl navlhlý a celou noc velký hluk z hotelové recepce-baru.Snídaně vyhovující až na nepříjemný personál u snídaně.Za cenu kterou jsem zde zaplatila ,jsem byla ubytovaná v jiných hotelích s daleko lepší kvalitou zařízení a personálem.A blíž centru.Tento "Hotel" by měl buď snížit cenu-která by odpovídala vybavení a zařízení hotelu nebo udělat určité změny!!!Ke zlepšení tohoto Hotelu!!!
