Helpful and friendly staff, great central location. Room was nice and large (superior double)
Maintenance needs improvement, spa fittings were loose on the wall and dripped enough to noticeably fill the tub overnight, safe had the front cover busted off and duct taped back on, toilet seat was half broken off. Not enough to ruin our experience just needs more attention paid to it.
Location Breakfasts Staff
Darkness in the room Lack of luggage compartment
Wi-fi almost non existent.
Good location, comfortable and cozy room, nice food
Rooms were spacious, excellent central location everything worked well.
Fantastic staff great location and large room
Excellent location, nice and clean hotel with great breakfast. Very friendly reception desk staff. There was a bit of a mix-up the first day we arrived. I had specifically requested two single beds and instead we were given a double and told that it was only for one night and that they would move us to another room the second day. Which of course was an inconvenience, as we wanted to unpack and settle in. It was explained to me that someone had altered our reservations the last minute. Well not my problem. So I refused to take it and demanded that we would be given each a room for that one night. The receptionist said she had to check with the manager, and finally I was given a separate room for the night and the second day, we were moved to a very nice double room and we were very happy.
This is a minor issue, but I found the reception staff not very well informed of happenings and places around town except the tours offered to tourists. For example, they did not know where to send us when we asked for a hairdresser. Not a big deal, considering the overall experience.
Excellent Location And receptionist very helpful
The room wasn't so clean.
Central Location in pedestrian zone. Nice interior design.
Air-condition in room could not be switched off. Bread rolls for breakfast were not fresh. Parking site is not far away, but unfortunately not easy to find.
bathroom with jacuzzi very complete breakfast Perfect in center
Superior room not as modern as on picture (classical furniture,no leather bed head like on site for instance....)
Great location, nice breakfast, amazing room
Poor internet connection; bath gets very dirty when you put the jacuzzi on :(
Location was great, this was our second stay. Paulina on reception was fantastic, helped us with a problem on our booking. Breakfast was lovely and varied, really set us up fir the day. 5 minute walk to the Old Town square
Everything. The location is really incredibly good. Staff feels like friends,so kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Bathrooms complete and big. The coffe-and teaservice during the day a very service.
Standard hair dryer designed by a male (silly design with a tube unsuitable for blow drying!)
Nice atmosphere. Delicate colores and decorations in the breakfast room. The hallway and rooms smelled so nice and clean. Great location!
Should have a luggageroom.
Perfect design hotel in historical center. Highly recommended for all travellers.
Fabulous position giving easy access to everywhere in Prague! Hotel was well appointed, modern meets Baroque with a fabulous breakfast in a room on the fist floor with a skylight roof bathing you in natural light. Large and comfortable room with all mod cons.
The location was so good, all the main streets just outside door ,also not far from. the square where all the tours leave from.I would highly recommend it.
Pretty much everything
Excellent location; everything is within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Warm & elegant room. Fulfilling breakfast and complimentary all day hot drinks.
TV channels. Room service need enhancement & training.
The position is very very good and staff are very available for help for any information.
just strange that I must pay the first day when I arrive in Hotel, but anyway the hotel is very good
stylish Hotel, rooms well sized, excellen location for a stay in the city
Nice and close to everything
Very friendly and helpful staff and best location to visit Prague.
The Wifi connection did not work. The rooms need better maintenance (nothing dramatic, but some details could improve a lot).
Location couldn't be bettered. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, speaking very good English and Russian. Good facilities, with free tea, coffee and juice provided throughout the day and evening. Buffet breakfasts good, especially croissants which were better than many I have tasted in Paris.
Occasional 6am deliveries to shops opposite caused some disturbance. WiFi signal was sometimes weak.
