Friendly staff. Hotel very clean and in a good location, only 15 minutes walk to Wencelas square. Tram stop very close, underground within 5 minutes. Local bars and eating places very reasonable. |

Everything about the hotel was very good.Service, cleanliness etc and our room was huge.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would recommend this hotel highly.Thank you for such a good city break. |

The Hotel was very clean, the staff friendly. The hotel was far enough away from the city centre as to be peaceull and right next door to a tram stop so you could be in the city centre in 5 mins. There were restaurants next to the hotel which were very reasonable. |

Very clean, quiet and friendly hotel with free internet access in bar/cafe area. Good residential location with good value bars and cafe in close proximity. Location away from town centre but good tram access for 18 kr and within walking distance for the fit and able. |

Very secure (main door is opened always by the receptionist). clean, comfortable. Very good price. Good location - surrounded by restaurants. Free Internet. The breakfast was not that great. But still quite OK. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean. Breakfast was sufficient and there was always plenty of it In general communal areas, e.g breakfast room etc were too warm, which was sometimes uncomfortable |

Convenient location. The room was lovely and hot. Beds made daily. Nice choice of buffet breakfast. Staff all spoke good English and helped with maps and transport advice. Very quiet although hotel quite full. Could have done with tea making facilities. Also no English speaking TV channel which would have been nice on a cold, wet February evening! |

Lovely hotel in a great location would definetly stay there again. The staff were good and flexible about late checkout. I strongly reccomend anyone to stay at this hotel will not be dissapointed. |

The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast is good. It is in a quiet location. The staff is helpful and polite. They charged the bill on my credit card without asking for my permission. I might have wanted to pay in cash. They should inform the customer before charging. The location is a little far from the centre. There are trams and buses just round the corner; however, if you prefer exploring the city on foot, you might want to stay somewhere in the old town. |

The hotel is in a great location, only about 15 minutes walk from Wencheslas Square. The hotel is very well kept and spotlessly clean. Staff were most helpful there and rooms were lovely.Breakfast was very good in the mornings with a very good selection of fruits & cereals. It was really cold outside when we were there but the hotel was lovely and warm at all times. I would recommend this hotel |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money.It was in a good location,within walking distance of the tourist areas.There was also a good selection of bars nearby.I have no complaints about this hotel,and would definately recommend it to friends and family. |
