good location (Praha 2), close to namesti Miru and IP Pavlova; very tasty breakfasts; friendly staff;

poor wifi coverage; housekeeping ladies made too much noise while cleaning near-by rooms; I didn't like too much the view from my room windows.

good location (10 min walk to and from Wenceslas sq.), room ok, breakfast was pretty ok (especially the omlet, the rest of the stuff nothing special)

the most important thing that made us choose this hotel was the fact that it said that if offers "airport transfer", however this is done rather at their convenience than yours, as a traveler. when we booked the hotel we asked for pickup at the aorport but we got no answer; when already in the airport, at 6.30 am, I called the hotel asking about the transfer and I was informed that on that particular day (a Friday) they didn't have the transfer by request (or something like that), but there will be a blue bus at 8 am. well, we waited until 8, but there was no bus; I called again, and they told me that the management supposedly made some changes and the bus will be available at 11, instead they offered to send me a taxi to the airport, but I would have to pay for the taxi ride. then we took a van that left us in the old city center, and walked around 20-25 min to the hotel. as a "compensation" they offered us a bottle of champagne; moreover, the transfer from the hotel to the airport is not included in the offer; so if you do choose this hotel, don't necessarily count on the airport transfer;

Friendly staff, elevator, very tasty breakfast, good location, big comfortable room, free shuttle to the hotel. All our requests were answered.

1. Impossible to change the shower head height, so it squirts a little. 2. Wi-Fi was very slow.

Wonderful breakfast room and breakfast. Good choices. Directions to hotel from airport and train station both brilliant. We did travel from both as we stayed at Galileo before and after trip to Bohemia area. We would recommend this hotel to our friends if they were to visit Prague. Staff were both helpful and friendly and provided everything we asked for. Idealy located for sightseeing whether by foot , Metro or tram.

Breakfast mediocre

The guy that was at the hotel's reception at the time of our arrival was very friendly and the rest of the staff was Ok. The hotel is almost at the border of Prague's center so if you are not afraid from walking you can explore the city (including the castle) without using any kind of transportation. They offer a free transportation service from the airport (from 10 am to 8 pm in 2 hours intervals). The overall value you get for your money is good.

Just a few problems that did not spoil our stay in general: The most annoying was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak and unstable. As far as I remember it was advertised as hi-speed Internet. It could be enough for a short browsing though or if you want to check what to look for on your next day in Prague. We couldn't manage to stop the fan in the bathroom which could be our fault. It might only be a problem if you are too sensitive to noise. The shower is fixed to the wall which could be an eventual issue for some people.

we asked for double room and got a twin room and it was small a tiny bathroom.

Very helpful staff, rooms basic but clean, breakast good for price paid.

A little out of the way, after a long days walking, however there was a tram stop near by. Staff on the reception at times spoke limited English, but tried very hard to assist you.

La chambre est spacieuse, agréable et lumineuse. Une grande baignoire.. Les espaces communs sont agréables aussi .

Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, il est peu varié (manque de fruits). En revanche la salle offre une belle vue sur la ville.

- Wbrew temu co jest w ofercie brak parkingu!!! Hotel jest w dzielnicy gdzie nie jest możliwe zaparkować normalnie bo wszystkie miejsca parkingowe są dla mieszkańców. Aby zaparkować musiałem jechać do innego hotelu aby tam zostawić samochód I zapłacić jak za zboże. - Śniadania - tragedia!!! - codziennie to samo: jajko sadzone, parówki cięte w kostkę, szynka konserwowa, ser, pomidory, pieczywo. Kawa była istną rozpuszczalną lurą. - Unikać jak ognia starszej części hotelu - za ścianą jest klub/pub i raczej nie ma szans się wyspać w piątek lub sobotę bo muzykę i śmiechy słychać jak przez kartonową ścianę. Podsumowując, starsza część hotelu nie zasługuje na miano 4 gwiazdek, najwyżej 3 lub 2. Cena w porównaniu do jakości jest horrendalnie wysoka a brak informacja na stronie booking.com o możliwym parkingu wprowadza w błąd i jest skandalem. Stanowczo odradzam ten hotel!!!

La grandeur des chambres, le coin douche spacieux .La salle du petit dèjeuner avec vue sur les toits de prague et toutes ses baies vitrées. Le batiment exterieurement et tres joli aussi dans le style tcheque . Vraiment super!

Certaine petite viennoiseries comme les petites tartellettes avec une créme blanche et l autre avec une creme noire ... apres tout etait bien

Situation, wifi gratuit dans les chambres

Déjà venu dans cet hôtel, quelle déception cette fois, petite chambre, plus une single qu'une chambre double, aucun rapport avec les photos du site, question : y a t'il des chambres spécifiques réservées pour booking ? Evitez les chambres se terminant par 4 (304/404) Petit déjeuner indigne d'un 4 étoiles pas de fruits frais etc...

Čašníčky na raňajkách by mohli byť menej hlučné. Nevadilo nám to, ale bolo to trochu neslušné.

1.были проблемы с оплатой онлайн отеля картой виза. отель сообщал, что карта отклонена, хотя банк говорит, что попыток списать деньги не было. в итоге приняли обычную виза при приезде в отель, проблем не возникло. 2.Несколько раз переставали работать карты доступа в номер, вероятно их размагничивал телефон или какое то подобное устройство. Персонал молниеносно менял карты. 3.Хаотично начинал гудеть эл.щиток в номере, иногда шум раздражал, но особых проблем это не вызывало. 4.Номер был на 2м этаже (207). ВайФай (WiFi) работал только у самой двери, плюс минус пару метров. На последнем этаже и в холле интернет работает идеально. Плюс есть несколько бесплатных компьютеров для работы.

Goede locatie, alles eenvoudig bereikbaar. Veel openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden in de buurt. Behulpzaam personeel.

Koffie bij het ontbijt, ik kan dat met de beste wil van de wereld geen koffie noemen. Vruchtensappen, tenminste, daar lijkt het op. Bijzonder kunstmatig en zuur. Niet te drinken. Parkeren. Let op. Er staat tijdens het reserveren dat het niet nodig is een parkeerplaats te bespreken. Doe dit wel. Bij aankomst bleek dat er in ieder geval in de buurt geen plek beschikbaar was. Heb m'n auto in een ander hotel moeten stallen. Op zich niet zo'n probleem maar niet fijn als je na een bijna 10 uur durende autorit nog een keer de hele stad door moet om te parkeren.

Удачное расположение, тихий район, 2 станции метро в шаговой доступности, Старый город в 10 минутах ходьбы. Хороший, очень просторный номер. Приветливый персонал, вкусный разнообразный завтрак.
