I know many hotels, and everything was just perfect. Really great hotel, lovely and big room, all super clean, right in the center of the old city, and adorable receptionnists (polite, fast, helpful, efficient, etc.) + excellent bed and easy free parking in front of the hotel. We'll go back for sure everytime we'll go to Olomouc. Thank you.

We liked the hotel and especially its location right in the middle of the town, the transportation from the railway station is very convenient. Staff was friendly, services ok, spacious room.

This was an excellent hotel in all respects with a warm welcome and good but discreet service throughout. It was exactly what and where we wanted close to the centre of the ancient town of Olomouc, near the main squares and the opera house. The staff were friendly helpful and attentive. We could not have asked for better.

This hotel was excellent! Very modern design, very clean and comfotable with a big bed and bathroom. The room was huge with a sofa, desk, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. We only stayed here 1 night and wished we could take this room with us. The staff where very nice and spoke english. Breakfast was good, free use of computer in reception area and the towns main sqaure was only 50m away. It was gorgeous with lots of places to eat. Excellent hotel!

Location was okay, but about a long block from city center. Our friends a/c didn't work, and they got little to no help from the staff. I made the reservations for our group, so felt uncomfortable for their dilemma. Service was just so so.

Good location, easy parking. Having room with windows to the busy street is quite unpleasant anyway I could not blame them for that. Unfortunately there is always the way how to spoil good services - receptionist at arriving day was very nice and kind, breakfast in the morning spoiled that all - even though hotel obviously not fully booked there was not a single clean table to sit.

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of breads, cheese meat etc Hotel was just off the main square in Olomouc, very central. Daily charge for parking, rooms were facing onto the road were quite nosiy during the night.

Great location on the edge of the old town square and right by the tram stop with a less than 10 minutes ride from the main station.Rooms are air conditioned so if you are overlooking the main road this shouldn't matter. Our air con wasn't working the first night but was efficiently fixed by the second night.

Nice Breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Power cut the day we arrived lasted from 2pm until next morning.Air conditioning had to be fixed as it was not going.We actually could not book the 6th night in the middle of our stay with you. Ut arranged it separately with the hotel.

Ideální poloha vzhledem k centru města a k výstavišti flora, výborná dostupnost a možnost parkování. Poněkud větší hluk od blízké hlavní komunikace.

Velmi prostorný pokoj, designově zařízený, velkorysý Značně stručná snídaně, výběr skutečně nebyl ohromující na hotel této kategorie (ovoce nebylo nakrájené, zelenina vůbec žádná, žádné minidezerty typu muffin apod.).Překvapilo mě to. Dále člověka bohužel v noci budí halekající lidé vycházející z blízkých klubů a diskoték.

Der Aufenthalt war gelungen und wir werden wiederkommen! Samstagnacht war es die ganze Nacht auf der Strasse extrem laut, so dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Das Früfstücksbuffett könnte abwechslungsreicher sein!
