air conditioning was very welcome, very nice breakfast. We were unable to check in until after 6pm due to the Everton football team staying at the hotel, but we were not told of this before arrival. |

Day staff was kind and helpful. The night staff was not able to provide assistance for a minor mechanical problem (air conditioner remote had dead batteries.) Air conditioner temporarily did not work. The room was right above outside bar seating so opening window was not a good option. This was fixed first thing in the morning. |

Velmi dobře vedený hotel v centru Olomouce nedaleko všech historických pamětihodností, s příjemnou obsluhou a velmi dobrou kuchyní. Nedostatečné odhlučnění z hlavní ulice je snad jedinou nevýhodou hotelu Gemo. Proto doporučuji provádět rezervaci pokoje s výhledem mimo hlavní třídu. |

der empfang war sehr kompetent,freundlich und hilfsbereit.die zimmer(komfort)sind sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten.auch ansonsten ist das gesamte haus extrem sauber..parkplätze sind ums hotel herum vorhanden.insgesamt ein angenehmer aufenthalt der kaffee frühmorgens ist zu optimieren |
