The staff was very helpful and were understanding of our late check in needs. The breakfast was good quality local meats and cheeses, very enjoyable, facilities were more than adequate for our needs, as we were just passing by Brno on our way to Austria. The location might be a bit out of Brno for some travellers, we arrived by car so not a big problem, but public transportation might be an issue. |

Helpfulness of staff, no contention for internet access from lobby. Difficult access : no provision for getting wheeled luggage from parking to hotel entrance other than steps. Would be very difficult for lone traveller with heavy luggage. A not particularly attractive building, functional rather than aesthetic. |

Staff were very helpful, nice. Restaurant was very good. Free internet in lobby area. Linens were new, but bedding wasn't that great. |

das essen im hotelresturant war sehr gut und preiswert. das hotel personal war sehr nett ,zuvorkommend und deutsch- und englischsprechend . internet anschluss und sehr sauber. |

Het eten was lekker. Personeel was behulpzaam. IK vond het vervelend dat je geen nieuwe handdoeken kreeg als je de gebruikte handdoeken op de grond gooide. |

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer sehr in Ordnung, sehr sauber, Hotel schön renoviert, angenehme Lage, bewachter Parkplatz (Kamera) Personal etwas muffig und unfreundlich, wahrscheinl. aber deshalb, weil die Nachtportieren (es gab mehrere) kein bzw sehr wenig Englisch sprachen; einige Verständigungsprobleme waren damit zwangsläufig vorgegeben, |
