Price Staff was overall friendly and helpful, especially those at the breakfast area

old hotel trying it's best to keep up with times. WIFI good. Value for Money

Microwave though promised was not present in room.

The personal was very polite and let us leave our baggage before check in and after check out. They also recommended us a superb Czech restaurant nearby!

The towels were overused! The bed sheets also had patches. Very much surprising compared to the new furniture in the room!

Everything was the best there. They kindness and hospitality made our vacation and time in Prague even better. I recommend them.

This is the worst place I have ever been, the smell in the room was terrible, very high humidity and a lot of must everywhere. It is far away from *** hotel, I don't recommend that place to anybody

The staff are really helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast room is small and could be a little crowded. Location is good, it's just next to a tram stop and only less than 10 minutes by tram to the main train station. We got a room in the attic, which is quite nice.

Friendly, basic, well located.

The hotel is located rather close to the city centre, to one of the most important sightseeing of Prague - the Wenceslas Square and to main railway station. The hotel staff is really polite and friendly. In addition, you can exchange money at good rates right in the hotel. The room was cleaned every day.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak, but at least there was some connection.

The breakfast was very good. The room was enough big. Ther were microwave and kettle, very useful for us. The toilet was clean and water could be very hot :).

They oved uas to Residence Tabor, but it was in front of them. The room wasn't cleaned well, but we went there as if it was a hostel and it was correct for this.

Friendly reception staff and cleaners. Great location - a few tram stops to centre of town. Breakfast - range of food offered; friendly staff.

smoking in hallway yet rooms are non smoking, misrepresented room that was booked as a triple but we got an apartment ( which could sleep 6,) when we realized we had extra beds we asked management if our other family member could cancel his seperate reservation and stay with us.they told him to turn his key in and they would try to do something, however, we were told they could not cancel his reservation nor refund his money, yet he had no access since he turned in his key at their request. we said we would pay a cancellation fee or even one nights rate, but they said no. It's poor business form not to meet the customer half way especially since they misrepresented our rooms and asked for the key back.

Right beside a tram stop, staff were happy to help with directions and it was clean.

The breakfast was not great - stale bread . The room was very small, as was the bathroom.

Very good location. You can reach the downtown within 10 minutes with tram.

Room equipments are a bit used.

People were nice. Attached Breakfast has a lot of options and everything was delicious. Really good quality over all and low cost

Remote control of television didn't worked in my room Possibility to hang showerhead didn't work properly. Towels were too old and had to be renewed earlier. ( but they were clean )

very big room for single, and the breakfast is nice

you can get to the hotel from the main station by half-hour walk. It is located on the big street. the staff can speak english and they are kind. I made a reservation for single room, but actually I stayed at very spacious room.

I had breakfast at underground floor and the place is a little bit small.

The towels

I would rate it as the best value and all rounder i have found in a hotel when travelling, i feel relaxed here, the rooms are bright, beds comfortable and the breakfast is incredible never found a hotel to beat it.

the one problem, i notice it as i come for medical treatment, please please get nicer towels, sorry but i feel this is the one item that lets you down lol, well no one is perfect but your not far off.

The location is very good, very close to the tram stop. The breakfast is ok and the bedroom and bath also.

The staff didn't informe us right, so we took the wrong tram during the night and we got lost in the city.

The staff are very helpful. The hotel is easy to get to (Tram routes 5, 9 and 26 to Taboritska) The room was basic but comfortable and a good size. Bathroom had been nicely refurbished. Breakfast was as expected for the price range. Overall good value and I will stay there again
