Excellent site for a tourist trip, the big numbers with the high ceilings, an interesting semi-antique interior, a fine view from the window on an old city Very much it was not pleasant to me that from my bank card as soon as I reserved room at once the room rate sum for one days has been written off, thus I have not received any written acknowledgement on write-off of this sum from my account. Booking conditions have not been provide removal of the sum of a room rate for one days at room reservation. About it I have written at once by e-mail to hotel. I have sent some messages, but the answer to them have not received. When I paid off in hotel for number, I have shown an extract from my account where write-off by sum hotel has been specified at booking. As a result I turn out have paid by a card the room rate sum for 7 days instead of 6 days lived in this hotel. |

the location was quiet but there were plenty of restaurants nearby - although it meant walking up and down the hill! The breakfast did offer a hot selection which seemed quite unusual for this class of hotel in Prague - very helpful breakfast waiter I am still not sure we got the rooms indicated on your booking confirmation - they were attic rooms which I would not have classed as superior. When I questioned this at reception I was told that superior had nothing to do with size but that we had bath robes and slippers - which we did not. The hotel did then put these items in the rooms but if they truly had been superior rooms then these items would have been put there automatically by housekeeping. Strong smell of cooking in the hotel corridors but thankfully not in the rooms. Pity there was no lounge area. |

Friendly staff, excellent quiet postion, we had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed, good spacious bathroom with lots of hot water for the shower, good breakfast, will stay again. |

Situated at the top of the hill, the hotel terrace was a great spot to chill out and served reasonably priced meals and drinks.Secure place to store luggage if flight is after check out time. The shuttle provided by hotel ie chauffeur driven car, although efficient was quite expensive - a taxi may have been cheaper. The rooms were very hot despite providing fans - no air con. |

The location in the old part of town Guests should be informed of services available, eg the free internet access in rooms is a real bonus, but this was never pointed out by staff, even when I came downstairs to use the paid internet! I saw the cable and called to ask and only then was I informed |

The hotel is beautiful and very close to the castle. Staff was helpful and polite. It was difficult to reach by car. The parking lot is not on-site but there's a valet service. |

Beautuful building, beautiful and big room, friendly receptionist staff, ("Superior Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die Prager Burg") 1st floor 59EUR/night. Room has beautiful view down the Nerudova str. but also gets a lot of sun in the morning and heats up quickly. I left the curtains closed during the day (when we left) to at least try to prevent this, but they were closed after the room was cleaned, even after I asked at the reception the second day that they be left as they are. (but it was only two days, so story ends here). I would not take this room in the summer again, since I like to get up late and cant sleep if its too warm. There is a ventilator though. Also curtains could be thicker (for my taste, too much light gets through in the early morning). |

The room is just great, the bathroom is wonderfull, with a nice bath. If you want a good hotel, this one is really nice, very luxurious. Beautifull buiding, very well situated, with a nice view of the royal street, and just next to the castle... Really, nothing more to say :) |

Great location, lovely room extremely clean and comforatable. Good choice for breakfast but would have like to have been able to toast the selection of bread. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with one meal at dinner, the dining staff basically ignored my complaint. |

A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes, a vár szinte karnyújtásnyira van. A Károly híd kb 5 perc séta, a város gyalogosan bejárható. A szoba tiszta, ízlésesen berendezett és tágas. Fűtés szabályozható és hatékony. Reggeli bőséges! Hazaút napján biztosítják a csomagok tárolását az indulásig. Két olcsó műanyag polc az amúgy szép fürdőben?! A fürdőszoba plafonja a szellőző környékén vizesedett, vélhetően minden tavasszal javítják, de ettől még picit bezavar a kellemes miliőbe. |

Hotellrummets generösa ytor, utsikten från rummet och det centrala läget. Receptionspersonalen, frukosten och möjligheten att kunna äta middag på hoellet. Rummet låg ovanpå hotellbaren och ljudnivån därifrån var påfrestande, discomusiken mycket påfrestande. Att matsalen och baren inte var skilda utrymmen samt att jargongen i baren var att personalens behov gick före gästernas. Dålig efterhållning i frukostmatsalen efter gäster som avslutat sin frukost. Att varuintaget gick genom bar och matsal. |
