price, choice of food for breakfast the hotel needs total renovation. walls are so thin that you can hear really everything from outside, from neighbours. In the day of our departure the maid took the bedsheets out of our bed while we were having breakfast, 1 hour before we had to check out. Check out is at 10 am. The room was really dirty - dust everywhere, mould in the bathroom. Good for 1 night, not for a week holidays.

Miła obsługa. Usługa odpowiednia do ceny. Hotel ma lata młodości za sobą, ale czystość i porządek utrzymywany na odpowiednim poziomie do aktualnych możliwości. Śniadania smaczne. Szwedzki stół. Parking przyhotelowy dodatkowo płatny.

Hotel dla nie wymagających, w dobrym położeniu w stosunku do stoków.Dobry na bazę wypadową dla narciarzy.Dobre obfite śniadania. Kruszovice w barze !!! Płacenie tylko gotówką (po bandyckim kursie euro /lepiej mieć swoje euro!!!).Trzy gwiazdki to historia.

Výhled na kopec a blízkost centra. Hodně se mi nelíbil hluk v pokoji nad námi.Nejspíš se jednalo o partu,která se vrátila z mejdanu a pokračovala až do ranních hodin.

Freundliches Personal und Nähe zum Skiareal. Toilettenspülung funktionierten kaum,Gardinen waren nicht mehr als Gardinen zu erkennen, abgeschabte Polstermöbel, Fenster waren nicht dicht, konnten kaum geöffnet werden.Teppischboden im Flur,Treppenaufgängen und Zimmer in schlechten Zustand, abgewirtschaftet.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Der Mitarbeiter der Gaststätte war sehr freundlich, bemüht und legte ständig nach. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und frech, ausverschämt. Die Sauna musste bezahlt werden, obwohl das nicht im Angebot ausgewiesen war. Das Schwimmbecken war außer Betrieb.

Hotel je umístěn v klidném prostředí s krásným výhledem. Personál byl milý, snídaně dostatečná a pokoj útulný a čistý. Hotel splnil moje očekávání (samozřejmě, luxus se očekávat nedal) a v hotelu i v pokoji bylo vše potřebné. Je pravda, že hotel a jeho vybavení není nejnovější, ale to je vidět i na fotografiích, tak se nedá očekávat něco jiného.
