The location was fantastic - literally a two minute walk from either Prague Castle or Charles Bridge. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, comfortable and stunning. I honestly can't fault my stay at this hotel for the incredible price it cost. The included breakfast was an added bonus. The staff were completely accommodating, especially with random requests (ice bucket, iron, reviews of certain places) and information surrounding the local area.

The staff at The Golden Wheel were helpful and friendly. The hotel is set in a lovely location on the slopes beneath Prague Castle and is only a few minutes stroll to King Charles Bridge and the Old Town so was far out enough to avoid the hustle but close enough to still get a good feel for the city. The buffet breakfast was great and set us up for the day nicely. The room was lovely and spacious with a superb bathroom and good, fast free wi-fi. The only minor gripes would be that the bed was not particularly comfortable and that the television only had very limited channels, with the only English speaking one (BBC News) unable to get a decent picture.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for sightseeing. The location was quiet. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had historical value and a pleasant ambiance. You do have to walk up-hill to get to the hotel, but it is worth the walk.

Good location but 20min walk away from Charles bridge and all the attractions at Old Town square. BUT it's a plus because the hotel is in a quite area, not as many tourists walk around and you can have a little peace a quite on your way back (which is important). The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are great, clean and high-end looking. The WiFi was problematic at times, but not too big of a deal

The hotel was lovely, we've stayed in Prague 4 times now and at some lovely hotels, but this has been our favourite so far. The room was lovely, the reception and cafe were simple yet well designed. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing.

Location and Staff were very good. Large rooms and free Wifi. Very small breakfast choice and very cramped seating. Cleanliness was not great, quite dusty and we went to make a cup of tea the first day and the kettle was full of mould.

We had a great time at The golden wheel. The staff was great, very helpful, gave recommendations on restaurants and attractions in Prague. The room was very spacious, clean with a great bathroom. The location of the hotel is very close to Prague castle and a 10min walk to Charles Bridge. In addition they gave us a very late check out (21:00) without any payment. Although the wi-fi in the rooms is free it didn't work very well. The hotel is located on a slop and you need to make a small climb every time you return from the city. Although there are elevators in the hotel, you need to climb steps to reach them and the hotel is not so accessible for trolleys or people with handicaps.

Comfortable hotel in a good location near the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. Many restaurants nearby and about 20 minute walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Up a steep hill fom the Lesser Town.

Although a lovely place, for the price and the reputation, it was difficult to maneuver my luggage. There are steps to the first elevator and then you take it one flight and have to go to a second elevator which is also up 3 or four steps. No one on the staff offered to help. In addition, the lovely bathroom had a tub that was quite high. I could have used a step stool to get in! I don't recommend the hotel for older people or whose with disabilities. Considering it has four stars, the staff should have helped more.

The hotel is nice, cosy and very close to all landmarks including Prague Castle, Petrin Gardens and Charles Bridge. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast there is ok, nothing to write home about, however there is a selection and you wont be hungry, thats for sure. The staff there are fab!, Very profesional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we go to Prague again in the future we will stay there without hesitation. We also took advantage of trasport to the airport provided by the hotel. Its quick, not expensive and they even were able to provide a carseat for our little one. We recomend this hotel very much. There is no air condition in the rooms, so yes it gets warm in the summer. Also we got a room with shower only, so it might be a bit tricky when you want to wash a baby in a sink.

located in a quiet part of the city, yet in the heart of the old town, so everything is within walking distance. There's a mini-mart right across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean and smoke-free. Just two minor things to consider: The hotel is located on a steep slope, so going up and down every day might not be suitable to everyone. Secondly, the beds are two singles pushed together. Both of those didn't matter much, but just so you know.

L'hotel è situato su Via Nerudova a 3 minuti dal Castello, vicinissimo all'ambasciata italiana. Praticamente nulla.
