Great location in a quiet and beautiful street close to the castle. Excellent service. Clean rooms, comfortable. Good breakfast
Nothing to dislike
Breakfast is included and its delicious. Very clean and spacious room. Helpful staff. Two seperate toilets in quadruple room which is very convenient. Close to the Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral.
Not close to the metro station or main train station. The window in the room cannot be locked and we had to fix it by ourselves after consulting with the staff.
Large room Good breakfast Easy to walk everywhere Friendly helpful staff
V hot (had to keep windows open then noisy) 2 singles pushed together
What a find! Perfect location, large beautiful room and great staff - everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly impressed with the reception manager who gave us great advice and even offered us the use of our room after we had checked out, because we had a late flight. The breakfast waiter was really friendly too. Room service was excellent, linen was changed daily and a fresh rose and chocolates greeted us when we returned from sightseeing. The building is lovely with original artwork and a pretty terrace. Great value too. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for an excellent visit to this beautiful city.
There was nothing to fault.
I found this hotel to be in a great location. Myself and my partner walked everywhere ... Charles Bridge is only 10minutes away. We had a lovely room with a view of the castle and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good ... cereal, breads, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit and eggs. We were very happy with this hotel.
There were a few mosquitoes/flies squashed on the ceiling/roof ... a little bit off-putting.
Location, friendly staff, great value, idea pic room in a quite street
Everything was great, the staff is very nice. A rose and chocolates were waiting in the room every day.. :-) The building and the rooms are fascinating and the location of the hotel is perfect! The best stay in Prage, I think.
The Pales was in our back door. Our room was pn top floor and saw the Pales all light up at night was bautifull. Short walk to St. Johns bridge.
The people The restaurants The hotel was in a great place The staff were wonderful Beautiful buildings Lovely shops
The cobbled streets were difficult for my husband who has had a knee replacement. Wouldn't reccomend for wheelchairs.
romantic design, some staff were very helpful.cleanliness of room.flexibility of checkout staff.
breakfasts, no coffee in rooms.mosquitoes in room.shower shabby and ill working, towel dryer not working.not enough tv channels in English.bed too hard.
The location, atmosphere, staff and historic past made our stay an absolute pleasure. Sad to leave.
The great location by the tram stop, the castle, the Charles Bridge, and several small restaurants; the ample breakfasts with wonderful croissants, the coffee, and the Engllish-speaking staff.
The room was a bit warm at night but we had to close the windows because of the street noise.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with handy tips for first time travelers to Prague. Location is good as most of the key places to visit is accessible even on foot.
The room (514) is a bit tight even for not so tall a couple like us. As the hotel is on an uphill, it is wiser to take a cab from the airport or train station. Just make sure you inquire with hotel on how to arrange. There are some cab drivers who over-charge.
3 nights at the Golden Wheel with Booking.com. My very first experience. Excellent result. Lovely accomodation, very tipical room. Staff very kind. I encourage you all
Best Hotel i slept in Praha. Special Thanks to the Italian Concierge, He is very helpfull and friendly, Special Wishes was met
Liked pretty much everything. The location, the staff and it had free wi-fi. The breakfast was very good and the croissants very very good. Would return here if i ever come back to Prague!
Nothing to say.
Hotel location excellent, condition of room spotless and modern, staff friendly and helpful - I asked for a special request which they fulfilled perfectly, excellent value for money.
Air conditioning quite noisy so we had to turn it off at night.
The hotel is a beautiful building in a great location for seeing all the sights, although on a bit a hill (no problem for us). The rooms (included free WIFI) are really clean and have a lovely big bathroom. The receptionist was really pleasant and helpful.
The staff were really helpful and kind. The location was good. Very near lots of restaurants.
The room was far too hot.
Beds very comfortable (firm mattress) Staff very friendly Roses and chocolates every day Good location Pretty rooms Pretty hotel in old town very close to castle Small patio with views over town and a balcony with view of castle Hot water kettle Nice desk Nice bathroom
Breakfast wasn't as good as the rest of hotel Big spider on window Wifi signal not very good, speed not great
Helpful reception staff. Clean big room.
Breakfast repetitive. Not great quality. Scrambled eggs did not look good any day!
Location, front staff, rooms, very clean, very accommodating!
The breakfast... dull, boring, and nothing to talk about. Our coffee was even poured cold.
The room is so beautiful and suitable. The street is nice.
We had two rooms (309+307). Rooms were big and very clean, even spotless I would say. A nice & rich breakfast, with real coffee :-) Location is very good: away from the overcrowded and noisy old town, in Lesser town, with many restaurants near by. Prague castle is just 10 minutes walk, and so is Carl bridge. 'A' subway and Tram 22 is close by taking you everywhere. Petrin Tower and Mirror hall is also within walking distance. Super attentive and nice staff. We had a flight delayed, and we received the room until night for a very late checkout! I call it a great service, where the customer feel that somebody really wants him to be pleased.
A Note for people with disabilities: There is no public transportation to the Hotel doorstep. From the 22 line you would have to go up the street for about 5-7 Minutes.
The front staff was super friendly and helpful when I needed it on my first day. The welcome note with my name on it was a nice touch. I enjoyed the assortment of teas available in my room. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh
