Very good location, just 10 minutes from Ostravas city.Hotel very clean, price quite low. There was very helpfull and friendly lady in hotel. |

I arrived on a Saturday at 19:00 and no one was there. there should have been someone at the reception until 20:00 according to the website info. The entire hotel was empty except for me. There was no bar/restaurant open, no telephone available, no employees on-site! They had a golf tournament as of wednesday and I had to move to the Hotel Brioni in Ostrava. This despite a confirmed reservation. Questions about golf instruction were never answered! |

Die absolute Ruhe, die Nähe zum Golfplatz keine Rezeption, überhaupt kein Personal, ausser beim Frühstück ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher junger Mann. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Eine Bar und ein Schwimmbad waren vorhanden, aber geschlossen. so lange dies so ist, kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. |

er was geen personeel, geen bar, geen ontbijt buffet, slechte bedden. je krijgt een sleutel van het hotel en je zoekt het maar uit. met de golfbaan heeft he niets te maken en kunnen ook geen enkele informatie versytrekken. ik ben na twee nachten weer vertrokken. |
