The best of the hotel is its price and his connection with the city (20 minutes in tram that stops in front of the hotel). It's outside the city, in an area that it is nothing (no buildings, houses, shops... nothing!! just forest, a road and a petrol station 0.5 mile away). As the kitchen of the hotel closed at 8pm, we wanted to dinner something and we had to get the tram and go to the city (20 minutes). No other option. |

Hotel was located on main road into city and there was a tram stop right outside which was very useful. Hotel didn't know anything about our arrival and made us feel uncomfortable. Hotel room was very poor and didn't look at all like any of the pictures on the site, was very dissapointed. |

Excellent buffet breakfast - free internet. Quiet with 24 hour guarded free parking. Pleasant bar. Although out of centre has first rate tram service to Centre operating day and night. 20 minute wait to obtain a drink in the bar. The bar lady was excellent but overwhelmed at a busy time and needed help. Breakfast starting at 0700 is a bit late for those wishing to make an early travel start. |

The room had a modern bathroom and some of the staff were friendly. The rooms were outdated and the beds were not proper double beds. Most of the guests were young people having parties in their roooms for most of the night. |

nice clean rooms for low price, location was good, easy connection to the city center restaurant was a little too small to accommodate the number of guests, sometimes at breakfast there were no glasses or cups for a while, at some times a little understaffed |

O.k,one thing was fantastic,barman in lobby think his name Radim,was very helpfull and kind....thanks to him... o.k,this was an terribile stay at this hotel,services very poor and unhelpfull,breakfast we dont know because when we come,was nothing in there and we arrive to breakfast before finish.....staff was eating but for clients was nothing in there....restaurant? why u have opening hours there,when u can't eat at 9.30pm? I told that cheff is working till 10pm,if clients want to eat,but not...the poor waiter can't do nothing,because cheff says no? impossibille.... |

Some staff-people is friendly. Other is not. Young guy at reception was from the second type. There is so many things to do and that i think the better way is destroy the whole hotel and build new one. Dirty rooms, old CCCP-style design, bad smell, etc. |
