Motel Grado  

This was my second visit of this hotel. in both cases I use this hotel for 3 hours rest before my flight (returning home). It's suitable for this purpose.It is near airport 20 min by car. But I don't recommend this hotel for long staing. It is also good and cheap restorant in this hotel.

Poor facilities.

Breakfast was included in price, Not far from center if you are by car, Polite and friendly stuff, Can be paid by euro or CZK

Stuff don't know English at all, Very very thin walls, we could hear the people next room even if they wisper, shared toilet

If you are looking for a cheap accomodation, near metro station I would reccomend you Motel Grado. It is a great value and location. Breakfast included was good. There wasn't any problem to leave my car and go sightseeing during the last day after I had checked out. Friendly staff

There was a weird smell in a hall and thin walls.

easy to travel to city center .friendly and helpful stuff.breakfast was good.rooms were warm.there were candles in the room which made room smell nice also look romantic.

we stayed with my family and it was good for location(because we didn't go out after midnight) and price was extremely good for us. Breakfast was very nice,the stuff in the restaurant were really nice people.

The pillows and beds were awful,horrible!!!! it's really better to sleep without pillow than sleep with these,That was really big problem for this mote,the bed was almost broken i couldn't sleep well for all the nights that we stayed.No one in reception know english,it was hardto understand each other but we used google translate on the computer which is near the enterance,i recommend you use this way too

Nothing to complain

I always receive a friendly welcome and get a nice breakfast. It is convenient for the metro and an easy quick journey to the city centre while motorists have good parking and can easily see the motel from the road in either direction. Finally I get a great evening meal in the restaurant by the hotel, ie in the same building but separate entrance.

Really cheap and nice rooms, given the location. Great breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant.

You have to walk outside of the building to get to breakfast area, which is a bit upleasant, especially during winter.

The only really bad thing was that we could hear anything from the room next to us as well as they were able to hear us. Also, the motel is located near the road. In winter the closed window worked well and no noise was coming from the road but in summer it would be a problem.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely, breakfast was huge & diverse everyday, best value in Prague

It is very close to the metro station and this was the most important for me. We were at the city centre in 15 minutes maximum. Second best thing of this hotel is that it is CLEAN. It smells good, the shared toilets were always very very clean and I have a shower inside my room. All very very clean. Third best is the restaurant where the breakfast is served. Nice staff, reasonable food. And finally, the limited English of the staff was not a problem at all, they are nice and helpful. Excellent value for your money.

The pillows could be more comfortable, but anyway this was only a little detail.

The dinner is champion! We loved it! It was delicious, very cheap and we got a big portion. You must try it at least once! Anyway it was a friendly place. It is a good choice if you want a cheap accomodation. It is easy to reach the city center by subway. The breakfast was also good. A vacsora isteni volt! Finom, nagyon olcsó, és nagy adag. Mindenképp érdemes kipróbálni, ha ott száll meg az ember. Barátságos, kellemes hely, az árát nagyon megérte. A belváros könnyen elérhető metróval. A svédasztalos reggeli jó volt.

Most of them didn't speak English, only Czeh, but it didn't cause any problems for us. A személyzet főként csak csehül tudott, egy kicsit angolul, de ez nem jelentett problémát.

Although the staff didn't speak much English, they dealt with our requests without any problems. There was also a bar/ restaurant next door which was very cheap and had a friendly manager The location wasn't a problem either - it was a 5 minute walk to the metro station (Jinonice) and then a 10 minute journey into the centre (Mustek). The hotel also had a PC and free internet access, which was convenient. Overall, this was a decent place to stay for the price.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel as such (we had shared toilets and facilities were pretty basic), but that was entirely expected. It would have been better if the staff spoke more English though. Also, the shower had hair in the plug hole when we arrived and we had to ask for it to be cleaned.

Uncomfortable bed. Very close location to a busy and noisy main street, however I was aware of it from opinions of other quests.

It was nice and clean, breakfast was enough, beds comfortable, easy access, near the metro and bus station.

I can't tell what i like because it was used only for sleep and breakfast...

Simply Motell with exelent Restaurant, superb breakfast.

The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. It's indeed close to the metro station and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the innercity. The food is very good and more than enough. Compared to eating in the city it's also cheap to eat at the motel. Breakfast is included and very nice. Some of the personell is very kind.

The menucard is only in Czech and only one of the waitresses speaks a little english. Very hard to find the right thing to order. Some of the personell was kind but there were more who were indifferent and one who was even rude and got mad when he didn't understand us. Really weird to speak no English or German at all when you help to run a motel for international guests and than get mad at the guests for not understanding. But as stated before, some of the others were very kind and friendly also.

Very upset. Hotel was unsafe, unclean and extremely far from the city I stayed one night as I had no where else to go and then attempted to cancel my stay. The desk clerk didn't speak any English and just snatched my keys from me. I didn't sign anything and yet was charged more even than the projected rate. I cancelled your service bc of how bad my experience was and am disputing the charge with my bank.

Good price and friendly staff though they cannot speak English. Then I should have paid 477 CZK, but the staff was so kind, said pay Euro will have better exchange rates. Very nice of them... Breakfast were unexpectedly good, although they open very late...

Face the motorway, kind of noisy, but for one night, should be fine. Curtain is made of lace and cannot stop any light from outside... A bit difficult to find as it is in the middle of nowhere and right off the highway.

Very good and quiet place, easy to reach city center, delicious breakfast, clean room, wi-fi works great. Recommend it
