Opened in December 2008 in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn, the newly refurbished Grand Apartments offer luxurious rooms and apartments as well as a sauna 2 double rooms can be combined to a family suite with 2 separated rooms and their own bathrooms. All rooms feature wooden furniture, an LCD satellite TV and internet access. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a also common room with a small kitchen and wireless internet for the free use of all guests. Ski rental, money exchange and travel services are available in the building as well. The travel agency offers interesting 1-day excursions in Špindlerův Mlýn or to other destinations in the Giant Mountains. All services of the Grand Apartments are arranged by the front deskof the Grand Hotel . The 100 percent cleaness of the appartment.Large bathroom.Very comfortable bed and nicely perfumed bed linnen and towels.Good temperature in all the areas of this propperty.We had a great sleep.Very helpful and proffesional receptionist.Possibitity to cook and prepare coffee and tea in the big kitchen and lagre eating room with TV.Strictly non smoking propperty.We will definetly come back.We had eat in their hotel restaurant-best roated duck that we ever had in the restaurant.They bake the duck with the apples,exactly like we do at home.Highly recomended. There was any small table, seat or sofa in the appartment, but we hadnt miss this that much.Breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger or a la carte.There was just small american coffee maker machine-the coffee there was cold.Flying moths in the restaurant...

Very nice appartement, really great renovated in old style. Very clean and good heating. The beds were very hard, bad that they didnt` spend more on them, according to the nice appertement over all. The breakfast could have been better and they did not fill the food up when needed. Our daugther asked for more banana 1 hour before finish time, and the person at breakfast just said no too her. Another woman asked for some more yougurt half an hour before breakfast was finished and also was told no. That is bad because they must have had some more yougurt in the kitchen, but why they did not get some more we dont understand....?! And besides there was a grocerey store just on the other side of the street, if they needed something...so.

Beliggenhed lige ved skibus, viktig for mange vil jeg tro. Betalingsmuligheden med både Visa, eller MasterCard Min søster og svoger fik eller ikke betalt med Visa. De må gøre noget med deres betalingsmaskine. Prisen var en del højere end opgivet på bookingcom totalt.

Dobrá poloha v centru. Snídaňový bufet nedoplněný, ředěný džus se nedá ani pít, personál restaurace neumí pozdravit, navíc v restauraci, kde snídaně probíhá, se noc předtím kouří, takže prostředí restaurace nepůsobí čistě ani svěže.

В этом отеле мы останавливаемся не первый раз, отличное месторасположение, в центре курорта, близко как до подъемников так и вечерних развлечений. Удобная парковка, хорошая мебель, отличный завтрак!

geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtete Appartments Nicht gefallen hat mit die Unfreundlichkeit einer Mitarbeiterin in der Hotelanmeldung, weiterhin gibt es keine ausreichenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in der Nacht bei Anstrahlung des Gebäudes und intensiver Leuchtreklame in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ohne Ohrstöpsel wäre auch die Außenbeschallung des benachbarten Music-Clubs störend gewesen. Für den Winterurlaub gab es für 4 Personen auch keine ausreichenden Möglichkeiten, seine Klamotten zu verstauen.

очень удобное месторасположение.это недорогой отель за эти деньги вполне соответствует всем требованиям.очень приличная туалетная комната.чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день.удобно наличие общей кухни с большим количеством посуды,чайником и главное микроволновкой! очень жесткая и скрипучая кровать,звукоизоляция слабая.правда после лыж ни на что внимание не обращаешь.

Celý koncept ubytování v Grand Apartments nás velmi mile potěšil a překvapil, pokoj byl čistý, stylově zařízený a nový. Lokalita přímo v centru s možností připojení wifi a sauny v přízemí budovy je velmi příjemné. Snídaně mohly být o malinko bohatější - třeba domácí sladké pečivo atd..

Bardzo wygodny apartament rodzinny składający się z obszernego przedpokoju, bardzo dużej i wygodnej łazienki oraz dwóch sypialni. Dogodna lokalizacja w samymy centrum miejscowości. Do dyspozycji gości wyposażona kuchnia i pomieszczenie jadalne. Miły personel i cudowna przyroda sprawia, że jest to świetne miejsce na wypoczynek rodzinny o każdej porze roku. Polecam.

Lage ist top Das Zimmer war zwar schön eingerichtet, leider aber gab es keine Möglichkeit, das Zi abzudunkeln, was aber absolut notwendig ist, da eine 24h Leuchtreklame das zi permanent erhellt. Das Zimmer war ab 14 uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig und nur halbherzig gereinigt. V.A. Waschbecken etc. hatte keine Lappen gesehen.Das ist sehr schlecht.-( W-lan war, anders als in beschreibung, nicht vorhanden

Awesome location. For a base for skiing I don't think that there is much to complain about. Wifi could be better. We had to use a cable ... which didn't work all the time. But no big deal.
