Location is good, metro station at 2 minutes, "Staromestske namesti" square is on 10 minutes walks, parking spaces in the garage are good;

Breakfast can be varied, the staff could be friendlier, ugly color of the walls and the carpet in the room, bathroom too small, the bathroom door hit the toilet seat, when booking we requested a smoking room but they gave us a non-smoking room with the excuse that they are busy all the smoking rooms . We told them that we chose this hotel among many in Prague because we had a smoking room. But that did not help, we were not even reported in the coming days whether released a smoking room or not. They should not sell smoking rooms if they do not have a certain date.

Super great location . Nearby the city centre and the touristic attractions . Lovely breakfast with a very good service . Size and design of the room was very nice . Great Value for money . Highly recomendable

Very good location at the center of the Praha 1, nice staff, rooms are maked up every day, good breakfast.

No wifi in rooms, only cable LAN connection. However, they do not make a secret from it, and clearly state it in descriptions and everywhere, so you know what to expect.

Everything was perfect. Perfect hotel, facilities breakfast, absolutely clean! Super location, next to shopping centers and to old city! Highly recommended!

The service from the staff was first class. When we arrived we did not like our room so they gave us 3 other rooms to choose from. Breakfast - plenty of variety and good quality. Excellent location

excelent location for the old town and for shopping area,perfect hotel it looks like 5* hotel clean spacious and EXCELENT BREAKFAST.

Hotel was close to all the main attractions in Prague, the staff were curteous and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of choice at breakfast. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and would definately stay at this hotel again if we returned to Prague.

We stayed four nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful, nice and big room.

Tried to overcharge me for airport transportation but when I showed them I am aware of the costs they reduced 30% in one minute

The breakfast was briliant. The room was luxurious and every day cleaned. The location was perfect to visit monuments and to have access to a great variety of shops, restaurants, music clubs and bars, on foot. It is a great value for money. I highly reccomend it !

Overall dissapointed

Absolutely overpriced for what you get, rooms look cheap as well as the equipment, I was very disappointed, expected something else based on the photos and rating, if you just need a bed and breakfast then absolutely fine but for that you might as well just get a much cheaper hotel in the centre. I booked a smoking room and have been told upon arrival that no smoking rooms are available. The hotel taxi as well as a minibar is a total rip off - they even had a nerve to sell cans of coke purchased in some sale @ tescos with price tags on them for 6x the price.. The main station is approx. 2 min drive (which I wasn't aware of) and they offered a taxi for 250czk (10€). I wouldn't stay here again and neither would recommend this place to someone who has quite a high expectations from a 4 star hotel in the centre of Prague

The Grand Majestic Plaza hotel, Prague did not disappoint - our daughter had stayed there previously and had recommended it to us. It is centrally located, just off one of the main squares embracing the modern Palladium Shopping Mall, yet in a quiet street and is within 10 mins brisk walk from the hub of Prague's picturesque and winding shopping zones and squares. It is only 2 mins from a variety of tram routes. The breakfast buffet spread provides an excellent start to the day and it extends until 11:00 a.m. The staff from reception, through concierge desk to restaurant/bars were all very friendly and efficient. Free use of the twin computer zone and free wi-fi is great. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Close to all main sites. Next to Palladium shopping centre. Great vegan food 2 mins away.

This hotel was near the Pallidino Shopping Mall which has several eating places to choose from, on the second floor. It was also a 5 minute walk to the concert hall and one of the hop on, hop off tours.

The room was a little pricely. The carpet looked dirty and in some spots stained. Housekeeping should have given us more toilet paper, soap and body get.

Room was very quiet, and close to Palladium shopping center and Marriott. Excellent breakfast. Close to subway station in front of Palladium.

No WiFi in rooms, only in lobby.

Except location, I did not like something in the hotel particularly. I would not recommend it definitely,

Very small room, small elevators, very low uncomfortable pillows, no side table in the room, the bar is loacted in the lobby and does not have any nice atmosphere, very deceiving photos in internet that impress you.arrogant personnel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Elevators sometimes were slow.
