Excellent location and fantastic helpful staff. Would stay there again without hesitation if in Prague again. Only issue was that shower head in bath could not be fixed to wall but not the end of the world

Fantastic location, great value for money, clean and well appointed rooms, good choice at breakfast, all in all one of the best city hotels we have stayed at, would always choose this hotel when staying in Prague.

Elegant small hotel on the old town square opposite "the" clock. Hotel is beautifully furnished and coupled with attentive but not obtrusive staff the stay was very relaxing. Weather was very warm while we were there and neither the air conditioning (antique) or opening the windows had any impact on cooling the room. However, this was a specific problem with a specific room and we were not offered an alternative.

The central location makes an ideal base for exploring the city. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient throughout our stay. We stayed in a suite which was enormous. It included a private steam room and the rooms were furnished with antiques, it was beautiful. The room overlooked Old Town Square directly opposite the Astronomical clock. Overall, the style and facilities were excellent. The only downside of the location was the occasional noise from the crowds in the square and from the clock. This didn't spoil our stay though.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in! The rooms were beautiful and so traditional,it was in a perfect location we had a view of the astrological clock and the whole market square. We will never stay anywhere but here in all future trips 2 Prague! The staff were friendly, breakfast was great! Just can't praise it enough! Everything was perfect! No faults at all!!

Great location on old town square. The view from our room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room facilities (drawer space, desk, tv) need attention, and lighting in our room was very poor, even after an extra light was provided. De Luxe was a major over-statement. Buffet breakfast was so-so, but, as with many aspects of the hotel, could have been greatly improved had the management been on the ball.

The location is terrific and the room was lovely and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet connection was slow and the coffee wasn't great but we enjoyed the hotel very much. And Prague is a very beautiful, lively place. We had good meals and great local fun in restuarants attached to the hotel - with discounts.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. We traveled in the off season, sp being directly on the square wasn't a problem, during the peak season noise from the square could be a consideration... There was nothing about the hotel that was an issue.

The hotel and its staff are very warm and friendly, the location is fantastic and the accommodations were as represented in the advertisement. The staff were extremely warm and friendly, most helpful and complemented the experience. The breakfast was quite enjoyable and the gourmet evening jazz concert that we attended was memorable. All in all, a delightful experience and a place that we would return to in a flash.

It was too very hot and stuffy in the room.The bed was uncomfortable, actualy this was not a double bed, but 2 single beds put together.

The hotel is right in front of the astronomical clock. The free breakfast is very good and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. They offer a discount card to a very good restaurant next door, underground, traditional menu. The bathroom was beautiful with large tub. Perfect room temperature. There is no elevator to our room so you have to take your bag up the stairs. Also, parking was 30 euro per day, but we knew this would be the case. All in all this was a great hotel and we would stay there again.
