L'hotel es reserva el dret de comprovar la validesa de la targeta de crèdit abans de l'arribada del client.
En 1922-1923 se procede a la reconstrucción y la modernización de todo el complejo hotelero. A partir de entonces todas las habitaciones cuentan con su propio cuarto de baño con agua fría y caliente. Sin embargo, el mayor logro se da antes de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, cuando la familia Pupp compra el último edificio, la llamada casa Dům Boží oko (Ojo de Dios), el actual Café Pupp.
En 1951 el nombre del hotel cambia a Grandhotel Moskva, volviendo a recuperar su tradición y nombre original en 1989.
El hotel es totalmente accesible en silla de ruedas. Dispone también de 1 habitación individual y 2 dobles especialmente adaptadas para personas de movilidad reducida.
Grand Restaurant Pupp:
El restaurante más lujoso del hotel, de arquitectura neoclásica, donde podrá degustar cocina checa e internacional. Tiene capacidad para 58 comensales. Abierto todos los días de 12:00 a 15:00 y de 18:00 a 22:00.
Su ambiente agradable y acogedor junto a su excelente equipo de camareros invita al descanso y a la degustación de platos exquisitos preparados por cocineros expertos.
Club Malá Dvorana:
Un bar con ambiente único del siglo XIX, ubicado en la parte más antigua del hotel. Le ofrece una amplia selección de especialidades exquisitas. Tiene capacidad para 70 personas y está abierto de 11:00 a 23:00 horas.
Cafe Pupp:
Éste es el lugar en el que el famoso compositor Ludwig Van Beethoven residió en 1812, cuando era todavía una casa balneario. El café ofrece especialidades dulces: pasteles, postres calientes, tostadas, batidos, etc. Tiene capacidad para 60 personas y está abierto todos los días de 09:00 a 20:00.
Becher's Bar:
El bar nocturno más bonito de Karlovy Vary, de estilo inglés clásico antiguo. Jazz o swing en directo todos los días. Le ofrece una selección de especialidades exquisitas. Tiene capacidad para 75 y está abierto de 19:00 a 04:00.
Se trata de una maravillosa copia exacta de un antiguo bar clásico de Londres de los años 20. Además de poder elegir especialidades de casi cualquier tipo de cocina del mundo, el bar le ofrece más de 100 cocktails diferentes. Inspírese con la lista de opciones.

An amazing historical building, very quiet room, extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast!! The massage centre was very, very good also. I really enjoyed my stay and will return. Internet access was not free even though it is advertised as such. 500 Crowns (about 20 Euros) for an internet connection that was absolutely terrible. Luckily I did not need it for anything important. |

very attentive service in an old school atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a small car accident. Great food and a wonderful setting. They do charge a lot for extras. |

Gave us a great room with plenty of space. Had view right down the main boulevard and river. Only negative was the city was out replacing the sidewalks and street right out front of the hotel. |

This hotel was most promising in my Czech Republic trip. But at the end it turned to be a terrible memoir. The first frustration that i faced was the bed. For such an hotel we had to sleep at seperate beds rather than a french bed. My plane to home was cancelled. I was really upset. But they had rather shown a little emphaty for me. Before everything the internet in this grand hotel is not free. This hotel has brakfast only after 7 and you are not offered even a small sandwich before that time . This hotel does not know the meaning of word emphaty. |

First of all I lived the interior of the hotel - it is very beautiful in baroque style. Persoel is very friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from window. Pupp is a hotel more for spa and relaxation, than for treatment. However when you arrive you are appointed to a doctor which givees you a list of procedures to visit. From our point of view the list was too excessive, most of the procedures from which we lately declined because they were useless for us. It seems it was done to get more money without considering which of the procedures we really need. |

The 5 stars part is good. It use to be excellent. My husband comment is , 'I have stayed there 10 years ago. I thought I live in the old palace. Now it is another beautiful hotel.' The 4 stars part of the hotel is fine. However, we are surprise that the staffs in breakfast room seems so armature. |

hotel is central to the spa area the hotel has two distinct sections first class and deluxe the hotel advised it is the same except the age of the buildings. This is not the case the first class where we stayed are treated like the poor relation, the attitude of the staff and there is a separate breakfast room and the food was one notch up from slop. I would think there would be far better options in Karlovy Vary |

Hotel jsem rezrevovala pro své přátele z Kapského Města, kteří cestují po celém světě. Byli velmi nespokojeni s rozměrem a vybavením pokoje, který byl zařazen v kategorii**** First Class, kam vůbec nepatří. Pracuji jako průvodkyně a do Karlových Varů jezdím velmi často. Vzhledem k velkému zklamání mých přátel tento hotel již nikdy nedoporučím. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig und Schlafzimmer und Aufenthaltsraum sehr ansprechend. Das Badezimmer ist nach neuestem Design konzipiert und außerordentlich unpraktisch. Beim Duschen wird alles und jeder nass. Der Service vom Gepäckträger bis zum Zimmermädchen ist leider auffallend schlecht. Sehr störend war das lange Warten auf den Gepäckträger, die Bedienung beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder im Restaurant, sowie die durchwegs unfreundlichen und lustlosen Gesichter. |

Der Charme des alten Grandhotels ist bemerkenswert. Der Vorbau (Flachbau) vor dem eigentlichen alten Hotel stört sehr und macht das Ambiente kaputt. Da hätte es bessere Lösungen gegeben. Der gesonderte Check in für "First Class" im Nebengebäude irritiert sehr. Bin ich in einem anderen Hotel und damit 2. Klasse? Mitarbeiter dort an der Rezeption sind wenig lernbereit. Probleme beim Beschaffen der Adresse eines der empfohlenen Golfplätze! Dauert lange! Liegt nicht bereit in einer Liste. |
