Six years later the business is handed over to the Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer in order to transform the “Etablissement Pupp”. The collection of individual buildings was eventually, in 1907, incorporated in neo-baroque “GRANDHOTEL PUPP”.
Years 1922-23 were the climax of construction and modernization of the entire hotel. Every room has its own bathroom with warm and cold water. Yet the biggest achievement was before the Second World War, when the Pupp family was finally able to buy the last of the required buildings, the so-called House of God’s Eye - today “CAFE PUPP”.
In 1951, the hotel was renamed to "Grandhotel Moscow", but in year 1989 returned back to its tradition and its original name.
The whole hotel is accessible for wheel chairs. We also have 1 single room and 2 double rooms which are specially equipped!
GRAND RESTAURANT PUPP:
Luxury hotel restaurant in neoclassical architecture, which offers Czech and international cuisine. It has a capacity of 58 seats and it is open daily 12 a.m – 3 p.m, 6 – 10 p.m.
It is the most luxurious restaurant in the hotel. Its comfortable atmosphere is accompanied by cozy eating corners inviting you to sit down and try the meals prepared by a professional team of chefs and waiters.
CLUB MALÁ DVORANA:
A unique bar with a nineteenth century atmosphere, situated in the oldest part of the hotel. It offers a wide choice of gourmet specialities. It has a capacity of 70 seats and is open daily from 11am to 11pm.
CAFE PUPP:
It is the place where the famous composer Ludwig Van Beethoven resided in 1812, at the time when it still was a spa-house. The Cafe offers many sweet specialities - cakes, hot desserts, toasts, milk shakes, etc. It has a capacity of 60 seats and is open daily from 9am to 8pm.
BECHER'S BAR:
The most beautiful night bar in Carlsbad. Classic (old) English style. Every day live jazz or swing music. Assortment of many gourmet specialities
Capacity: 75 seats
Opening hours 7pm to 4am.
It is a wonderful exact copy of a classical old London bar from the 1920’s. Besides the possibility of choosing any kind of food from practically all of the world culinary specialties, the Bar will also prepare any coctail for you from a choice of more than 100 mixed drinks. Now, let it inspire you to look at all the referred options.

The environment was excellent, beautiful place. This 2 days were unforgettable. Unfortunately the staff left some disgusting stuffs in the trash. |

hotel is central to the spa area the hotel has two distinct sections first class and deluxe the hotel advised it is the same except the age of the buildings. This is not the case the first class where we stayed are treated like the poor relation, the attitude of the staff and there is a separate breakfast room and the food was one notch up from slop. I would think there would be far better options in Karlovy Vary |

The room is spacious and clean. The thing that worth special mentioning is its restaurant, although it might be a tiny bit expensive, the food was beyond excellent. This is definitely not a value-for-money hotel in terms of the alternatives available and the fact that the exterior is much more impressive than the room itself. |

Parking was right out the front door. The Hotel Room was Not ready on time, The staff were not friendly nor welcoming. The Adult matresses were old; they sagged in the middle, smelled of must and were seperated. The two baby cots were broken and it was impossible to lift and lock the side of the crib. One one baby cot the matress did not fit the crib and left a 3 inch hole. The hotel elevators stunk of too much perfume. |

es ist einfach ein phantastisches Grand Hotel - super Innereinrichtung - tolle Zimmer wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da- Service jetzt schlechter, kein portier mehr am Eingang, keine Eismaschine auf dem Gang, Küche im Restaurant hat enorm verloren, für 5 Sterne zu wenig- muß unbedingt was tun daran - vor 2 Jahren viel besser! |

сам по себе отель и есть главный плюс, очень большое красивое здание, лестницы, колонны, лепка, просто эстетическое удовольствие от нахождения в нем. Но кстати очень маленький спа как для такой громадины, ну и конечно все достаточно дорого, начиная от стирки глажки и заканчивая wifi, а вот процедуры лечебные дешевле чем в других менее "крутых" отелях" удешевить wifi |

Да, в принципе, отель производит хорошее впечатление. Однако, поколение за 35-40 лет прилично владеет русским языком. А молодежь не владеет ни русским, ни английским. Возможно, они с грехом пополам говорят по-немецки. Но русскоязычным от этого не легче. Всё-таки английский - международный язык. Персонал не дотягивает до уровня отеля. Его нужно учить. Я, например, бронировал по кредитной карте. Уезжал в аэропорт в Прагу утром. Накануне расплатился за номер, чтобы с утра не дергаться и не нервничать, зная, что электронные платежи в Чехии работают гораздо хуже, чем в любой европейской стране. Утром отдаю ключи от номера в reception. Сотрудница начинает выяснять заплатил ли я. Покажите оплаченный счет. В компьютере его нет. Начала звонить по телефону своему коллеге, который работал вечером. Счет я засунул куда-то в чемодан. Говорю ей, что у вас есть номер моей карты. Спишете, если что не так еще раз.Так не можно, отвечает.Короче -совок!Персонал нужно учить работать на принятом в мире уровне. |
