The room is spacious and clean. The thing that worth special mentioning is its restaurant, although it might be a tiny bit expensive, the food was beyond excellent. This is definitely not a value-for-money hotel in terms of the alternatives available and the fact that the exterior is much more impressive than the room itself. |

Many eastern european "5-star" hotels are far from it. This hotel offered elegant rooms and excellent service by anyone's standards. |

Parking was right out the front door. The Hotel Room was Not ready on time, The staff were not friendly nor welcoming. The Adult matresses were old; they sagged in the middle, smelled of must and were seperated. The two baby cots were broken and it was impossible to lift and lock the side of the crib. One one baby cot the matress did not fit the crib and left a 3 inch hole. The hotel elevators stunk of too much perfume. |

The location was great. Once we got the right room, it was lovely, with a nice outlook. The restaurant staff were very helpful even with limited English. Some areas of the hotel were not very enticing, eg the area leading to the Casino, was dark and isolated and the entrance ramp to the reception not what I would have expected for this hotel. |

The room was comfortable and the views were great. I loved the location and the parking was convenient. This could be a great hotel with a little more attention to detail. Some of the staff were surly, but others helfpul. You had to ask for coffee every morning and the lack of a smile on the waiters' faces was noticeable. The waitresses were a little more pleasant. I stayed three days and each morning they were running out of items; eggs, bread, milk etc. Although replenished, it appeared to be a bit of a nuisance for the staff. Not a 4/5 star experience. |

the junior suite was very big, well decorated, great room ammenities. the bechers bar was phenomenal, the cocktails and food were divine. the waiters are an asset to the hotel. english is not widely spoken although german and french are so we spoke those instead. we ordered two smoking rooms and only one was. |

Excellant facilities and a prime location. What a beautiful room - very spacious and tastefully decorated. It would have been very nice to have had tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but this is a very British thing and most of the guests here are Russian/German. |
