La masajista del spa del hotel trataba al cliente con muy poca consideración y hacia los masajes exageradamente fuertes a pesar de pedirle que no queria este tipo de masaje tan fuerte , en vez de salir relajada sali haciendome daño todo el cuerpo.La musica de fondo totalmente inapropiada para el relax .

the hotel has two distinct sections first class and deluxe the hotel advised it is the same except the age of the buildings. This is not the case the first class where we stayed are treated like the poor relation, the attitude of the staff and there is a separate breakfast room and the food was one notch up from slop. I would think there would be far better options in Karlovy Vary

the setting was supurb and the staff were fantastic

I liked the spa setting and availability of services provided by the hotel. The staff were helpful with accomodations.

Many eastern european "5-star" hotels are far from it. This hotel offered elegant rooms and excellent service by anyone's standards.

Parking was right out the front door.

The Hotel Room was Not ready on time, The staff were not friendly nor welcoming. The Adult matresses were old; they sagged in the middle, smelled of must and were seperated. The two baby cots were broken and it was impossible to lift and lock the side of the crib. One one baby cot the matress did not fit the crib and left a 3 inch hole. The hotel elevators stunk of too much perfume.

wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da- Service jetzt schlechter, kein portier mehr am Eingang, keine Eismaschine auf dem Gang, Küche im Restaurant hat enorm verloren, für 5 Sterne zu wenig- muß unbedingt was tun daran - vor 2 Jahren viel besser!

Les chambres de la partie "first class" sont un peu petites mais les hôtes peuvent beneficier de toutes les prestations de cet hotel "deluxe", en particulier le fantastique petit déjeuner dans le salon des miroirs.

レセプション、ルームサービスの注文と日本語のできるスタッフの方が対応してくれて嬉しかったです。またど- のセクションでもスタッフの対応が親切でとても好感が持てました。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

История отеля, удобное месторасположение, хорошая кухня, вежливый персонал, хорший СПА комплекс, не было проблем с размещением с собакой.

Доброжелательность персонала

Уровень сервиса и качества кондитерских изделий в кафе отеля не соответствуют восторженным отзывам и рекламе.

Leistungen im Restaurant und in der Bar. Die Küche und Service war jeweils ausgezeichnet, Speise-, Wein- und Getränkekarte waren dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.

Die schloßartige Architektur. Zentrale Lage im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt.

Hotelpersonal hat Aufgaben zufriedenstellend erfüllt, waren dabei aber nicht sehr freundlich.
