The location is good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Public areas were beautiful, rooms were alittle plain although huge in the delux partof the hotel..Guest services were a little misinformed about tours to Moser factory,food was very good.

Spa was plain but staff was great.

The spa services were excellent and the stuff were so professional.

It was the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in....the staff were excellent....the service was first class without being intrusive....we stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon and it was truly relaxing

Unfortunately the photos of the superior double room where not what was given to us. The rooms have dark green or dark burgandy walls and instead of a double bed we were offered 2 single beds. I had to complain for over an hour to get upgraded and then i realised that the photos on booking.com are from another section of the hotel that was under renovation. I felt that the photos were a misrepresentation of what they were offering me. They wanted extra money for the upgrade but would not give me back money for a down grade. After much deliberation and 90 mins later i got an upgrade with no extra money, which should have happened right from the begining, seeing it is a five star hotel. Afterall that is why i went them, i expected service and what i had booked without having to fight with them. All in all much ado about nothing, great architecture but the rooms are nothing to write home about. I have been in better 5 star hotels with friendlier staff and better service. Next time i will choose something cheaper and have a better time. Just go and take pics of the hotel as the outside is magnificent. The food was poor and the salads wilted and the price ridiculous.

We stayed with our two children and also invited my parents. The hotel staff was excellent. At breakfast the personnel was less proffessional. Anyway beautiful hotel!

First of all you nee to know history of the hotel. It celebrated 3rd century 10 yearsa ago so you can add this one to 'must see' list. We are travelling really much but I can easily say that they have the most helpful staff (especially front dest part) I have ever seen. I lost my laptop on the way of prag to karlovy vary and they make approximately 8 phone calls more than 30 minutes and they finally find it. For location I can say that, hotel is not in the city center, city center is near the hotel! Perfect

Room decoration was awful. Little evian water for 8 euros. (200koruna)

Excellent location. Secure parking convenient to hotel and easy to access when driving an American van. Bathroom floors heated. Breakfast buffet included in price and very good.

Expected a grand hotel...the common areas lived up to our expectations. The room was a downer. No old world charm. From the inside it looked like any other cheaply renovated hotel. The bed one one side appeared as if an 800 pound gorilla had slept in it...sagged badly. Lights in the hallway were the auto on type as you walked through...only on two occasions they didn't light and we walked in the darkness to our room. The bathroom had a shower, no tub. The shower stall was very small.

The location is Excellent, and to dine at the French Resturant where you feel the staff at that particular place is more professional. The history of the hotel, worth to stay in.

The fitness center is really need to look at. Old equipment, bad flooring and positioning of that old equipment is not proper. No hiegne in the room. The receptionist at the enterance of the fitness un trained and not helpful.

The archetuctural design, the location and the history behind.

The house keeping is extreamly poor, bathrooms has a bad smell. Beds are not well made each morning and sheets were only changed after 2 days when I left a message on the bed. Coffee shop close at 19:00 hours and leterally kick out guests at the closing time.

We have visited on previous occasions and are pleased to say that standards of service have improved greatly, all staff are pleasant and helpful and speak good English. It would be a good idea to present visitors with a booklet and dvd (just like Savoy resort) outlining the colourful history, famous visitors etc. We would have liked to see the Great Hall, imperial bathroom and other attractions, at least on dvd.

Tv programmes are rather limited, no music video channel. The cost of evening meal is astronomical, even for a 5* hotel.
