Good staff. Polite and courteous. Food menu is limited and does not offer much choice to international visitors. Try and improve on this.The room did not have a tea / coffee making unit. This is normally available for all similar hotels. |

This is a very comfortable hotel. They serve excellent dinners at the restaurant. I I would like to stay here again, and I will try to take a massage at the wellness center. |

recepční jsou příjemné restaurace uvádí jiné ceny na účtu a jiné na jídelním lístku v apartmá - cena 160 kč dle lístku v apartmá je zaměněna za 330 kč na lístku z pokladny restaurace, musela jsem reklamovat, náladu mi to zhoršilo |

日本人にはスパの使用方法がなじめないので日本語で説明文章があれば嬉しいです。サウナなど使用したかった- です。 レストランを使用した時、料理が運ばれてくるまでにすごく待たされました。 |

Stosunek ceny do jakości OK. Hotel ma duszę...Niezłe śniadanie, miła obsługa No trafił nam się taki sobie widok na podwórko (wyjazd służbowy, jedynie nocleg, więc bez znaczenia). Warto zainwestować w odświeżenie hotelu |

Am Ankunftstag war das Zimmer ja sauber, aber in den restlichen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde nicht einmal gesaugt oder Staub gewischt, auf den Möbeln und Fernseher war dann eine dicke Staubschicht. |

Die Betten fallen fast auseinander und man bekommt nicht das Zimmer welches man im Internet bucht. Man bekommt ein viel kleiners Zimmer wie im Internet abgebildet. |
