Situated next to the Art Nouveau-style Municipal House and the elegant Na Prikope shopping street, the 5-star Hotel Kings Court enjoys a unique location in the heart of Prague.
Score from 1225 reviews Wonderful
very central and friendly
Too small with too much furniture. I had to rearrange furniture to get space to open my furniture on floor, then dodge it to eg around the room. Smaller bed might have helped. Luggage stand provided could not be opened out against the wall because not enough space along wall. Thank goodness it was only one night.
Big, luxurious rooms Wonderful, helpful staff Great Breakfast
Great location, excellent value, helpful friendly staff, lovely breakfast...will definitely recommend and stay here again!
The room was beautiful, bedding marvelous, Nespresso in the room made mornings awesome, the view was a fairytale view. We will be back in a few months and probably ask for the same room! :)
They made the bed beautifully every day, but only turned it down with chocolates on the pillow the first night.
The location and friendly staff
Noise in the corridor of other visitors at night
Perfect location, nice traditional hotel, fast check in and out, good size rooms
Breakfast quality worse than at previous visit, staff polite but not that of going extra mile type
This hotel is an oasis of calm from the tourist hordes and yet so close to everything
Great hotel in a great spot for a very reasonable price.
Staff are good. Hotel is clean. Excellent location.
Just to make sure when you ask for instructions on how to use the tram have them write it down on a piece of paper beacuse they are not good in given directions. Also know that trams go by numbers so it is easier to understand the route and changing process.
Location is fabulous, very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, a place to come back
The parking is a bit expensive, at 30 euro/day and the hotel does not have it's own parking lot (but they have valet service)
Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel.
Nice room Good location Lovely Balcony
The room was great. King bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great - large buffet selections and made to order items. Location was awesome - 100 m to the Metro stop and less than 10 minute walk to Stare Mesto and Vaslav squares.
The bed cover was a duvet. It was very hot!
Perfect Location Helpful staff Nice and big rooms
Renovation needed to the main areas (reception etc)
Beautiful hotel all round. Delightful dining area with a great variety of food for breakfast. Excellent service. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and appealing. Fantastic internet. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Prague!
The room is exactly like the pictures that we see on the website. The staff at the front desk not only got all the paperwork ready when we checked in, but also offered the city map and tour guide booklets based on our length of stay. Love the smile on the face of all the staff even the house keeping ladies.
Nice location, less than a two minute walk from the heart of Old Town.
Nice hotel but a little lacking in charm. Also, their "free" wifi was frustrating to the point where I had to call and check on it only to be informed that you have to pay 10 euros extra per night for true high-speed internet.
Everything was fine. The staff was nice and helpful, the room big and clean, breakfast was good and the location excellent.
Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Fabulous location. I will go back.
I loved everything about my stay at this hotel. I am a young woman who traveled solo for a weekend and they made me feel absolutely comfortable in a country where I didn't know how to get around and I didn't speak the language. I was a frequent presence at the front desk, but everything that I required assistance with they bent over backwards to provide me with. When I wanted to go to the opera but couldn't figure out the box office, they got on the phone and not only arranged for my ticket, but sent someone to the opera house to pick it up so that I could simply retrieve it from the front desk. I needed a letter mailed, and they mailed it. I needed a car to the airport and they provided one. Amazing staff who all spoke amazing English and were incredibly kind.
Free wifi didn't always work well but was fine for the most part.
Room was very comfortable, breakfast was fine. Location is very good - right on the edge of the main tourist area.
The hotel doesn't have much in the way of facilities for the price
