Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met, could not have been more helpful and happy. The rooms are stunning, we had a wonderful view from the 6th floor and as our trip was to celebrate a birthday, we walked into our room to find a bottle of Czech Sekt and strawberries. Each night our favourite chocolate from Saltzburg Mozart was left on our pillows. The bed was enormous and it was the first time we have experienced separate duvets on each side of bed, very good idea! Wonderful breakfast, the underground ballroom was an absolute treat and we look forward to staying here again very soon. Prague is a beautiful city with excellent restaurants and we had a lovely trip indeed. We will be back to see Prague at Christmas and to visit the Christmas markets! Thank you for looking after us and especially for the late check out on a rainy last day of our holiday, we appreciated the extra hours keeping dry in our room!

Friendly and helpful staff.Large comfortable beds and lovelly bathroom with slippers ,bath robe and flower! I would have been more comfortable with a walk-in shower rather than standing in the bath.

Everything was great - restaurant, bar, room. Wonderful breakfast included with room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - had a view of the Powder Tower from our room window.

We arrived at the hotel before the check in hour, and the personal offered us a executive room , even if we booked a superior room, without any extra charge for early check in or a better room. the personal was very helpful, helped us with the train schedule when we wanted to make an excursion. Was not possible early check in (at 7 o'clock in the morning), but this was not the hotel's fault.

Soft pillows, location, breakfast They painted the door frames to our rooms while we were out with no signs and we got wet paint on clothing. Staff not that friendly, especially breakfast staff.

The location of the Bohemia was great. Our room was excelent, spacious and clean and we had a wonderful view over the old city from the 7th floor. The breakfast was high-level and abundant - best ever. The staff was friendly and helpful. We surely book the same hotel for our next trip to Prague.

* Friendly, helpful staff - Always willing to book a tour or concert for us * Beautiful historic hotel - Our room was on the 7th floor with an incredible view * Excellent food but the dinner menu seemed to be a bit limited * Great location - About a 5 min walk from Old Town Square * Good price - We pre-paid for dinner for all 3 nights so dinner and breakfast were covered. * VERY hard mattress which led to accumulative sleep deprivation over 3 nights. * The Deluxe room was small. Not a problem for us because we were out most of the day but could be an issue for some. * Limited dinner menu without change. The food was excellent but it became old quick.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are great and helpful from the moment you arrive. Rooms are beautiful, clean and recieved a bottle of champagne free on arrival. The breakfast can not be faulted. It has everything you could imagine hot and cold including champagne :) Its location is near everything so you can walk without having to use transport. I can not fault this hotel I will be back and recommend it to everyone thinking of staying in Prague. 10/10
