We loved the ambiance of the hotel. The room was nice and everything worked - the safe, faucets, internet, etc. The view over the street was very unique and old world. The room had two sets of window doors to block out the street noise and they worked. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast and internet was included. There is a City Bike rental right across the street which was very convenient. Walking distance to the square, astronomical clock, casinos, shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, markets, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Prague.

The only thing we didn't like was the prices at the bar however in it's defense the hotel is located in Old Town (right downtown) so the prices should be expectedly higher. Tip: We ordered 3 glasses of wine and 2 beers and the bill was 57 Euros but at a small market down the street we were able to buy 6 tall beers and 2 large waters for 15 euros.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very friendly staff, decent services

I don't want to travel with toothpaste, toothbrush and ear cleaners. These things are not expensive to provide, however this hotel omitted these wares.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable, quite and warm room, that was very actual as the weather was cold during our stay, free wi-fi.

The hotel was beautiful with friendly staff, large clean rooms and an excellent location. The breakfast was fantastic and we would recomend this hotel.

The only issue with the Hotel was that it was 5 star but did not have a gym. They found a gym for us in a nearby Hotel but we had to pay extra for this.

We are experienced travellers who found the hotel to meet our high standards in all areas. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

The staff was amazing! The hotel was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe. Great location, close to modern mall shopping, but also close to sights such as Old Town. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff- truly 5 star service.

My husband would have liked to have a gym on site. The tours that the hotel promoted were not worth the money. The 24 hour bus service offered by the hotel to the airport was way too expensive, costing 3 times the taxi fare- we chose to take a taxi and that worked out to be much cheaper and very easy.

Extremely comfortable, Conveniently located, Attentive to customers, Deliciously catering. Really haven't met such a great breakfast ever. Even with champaigne. Great bed with one king size mattress in double (upon request)

It shouldn't charge clients for using minibar if it's a 5-star hotel. Bathrobes were really old. But clean although. Thin doors - and the noise from corridor is well heard in a room. And the corridors are noisy in day due to rooms cleanup held for a few hours. Roommaid rushed into our room without even a knock. If a tip is left - it doesn't require any thanking note. Just keep it. WiFi speed in 3rd floor was very poor - with 5 of 5 signal strength.
